I don't want to get into a whole thing here, but we here at The Best Porn are pretty classy people all around. That's why they invited us to review Upperclass Video is my guess. The good news is you can class yourself up as well by joining the site for $20. That's a bargain considering I've been told some people will never have class (they must not know about this site).
Browsing around the tour, you get an idea of what their gimmick is pretty quickly. They shoot videos from two angles, and combine them into one widescreen video it seems. That means you can be watching the same scene from two different points-of-view at the same time. I'm interested to see how this will work out - it could be cool, or real dumb.
The design is nice enough, and once inside getting around is simple since there's only one page. One thing that concerned me right away was the number of videos up at 12. Updates were coming every couple days in March (2005) when the site opened it seems, and then stopped in early April for some reason. One came in late June, and one in early July but nothing in the last week or two. What a shame!
Besides some vidcaps, all they offer here are the videos. They all come in Windows Media Video in two quality options. They also offer them in clips or full-scene videos, but I think they release the videos in parts as some aren't complete yet. Quality settings on the high-quality version are 672x336 and 1,270 kbps. They look pretty good, and seeing the fucking from two views is unique I suppose. It was especially helpful when there were more than two people, as you could see all the action at once. Quality was up there which was nice to see.
The cool concept is overshadowed by the small site and lack of updates for now unfortunately. With only 12 scenes up, I almost would have waited to release the site even. If they can get the updates on track, I think it could be a pretty fun site. If nothing else, they have some decent-quality hardcore videos available, and a unique gimmick to boot. I hope things are looking a little better next time we're here.
