Okay, I think we're looking at a site about marriage today. What else could Ultimate Surrender be about anyway? Giving up your life for just one person and a life of misery is what I'm thinking! (Just kidding, i love u baby so much ok?). Ultimate Surrender is actually a competitive female wrestling site, all based on naked chicks of course. If you lose, you may get pounded in the ass with a strapon or something similar. I like the unique content here that has to be exclusive and I haven't even watched one yet. Check out their tour as it's exactly the same as their member's area - so you get a good idea of what you'll be seeing inside.
The goods:
- Great, unique content! They really try to re-create the whole MMA atmosphere. They have pre-interviews, stats, records, rounds, referees, scoring, timers, a mat, etc. The girls really seem to go at it at times, but they keep the sexual points high as well (especially once a girl wins or loses, but even the fights are good as well).
- Decent-sized collection these days, updated regularly. They have over 100 fights up now which is great to see! Updates come regularly once a week which keeps the site growing. Last time I was here (over a year ago), I complained about the size so it's very nice to see this become one of their assets now.
- Nice stats avail (if they were working). They keep track of win/loss records, stats, etc. and you can browse by the model/fighters to find it all. For me, everything came up as "member's only" even though I was already logged in - not sure what the deal was with that! (hopefully it's just a glitch)
The bads:
- More video options would be nice. They actually offer a few choices, such as WMV, Real, and now iPod videos. However, I'd like to see downloadable full scenes, a second quality option for the downloads, etc. Their streaming videos offer a couple of those, but it's not across the board yet in the download section. They hit it on the mark in the photo section with two pic sizes, customizable zips, etc., so I want to see similar features for the videos.
- Video quality could be a little better. Last time I said it was pretty good quality-wise, and it's still decent but could be improved slightly I think. These days, anything below the 1000kbps mark for me could use an upgrade to at least that level, and once in a while here with these videos you saw a little too many artifacts with all the movement.
- Intros can be fairly long for my liking. I like the atmosphere and all the info, but man the intro went a little long for me each time. You may not mind it, but it was just a pet peeve of mine here.
Conclusion:
I like the concept and content here for sure. They also have a large collection now, and are still updating regularly with obviously exclusive content. Video quality and options could be improved a little bit, but overall the site is pretty nice and I praise them for doing something a little different than the norm here!
