Celebrity sites are definitely a unique kind of paysite and one that I enjoy reviewing. Generally speaking there are two types of celeb sites. The first kind tends to be picture focused with paparazzi, magazine shoot, and appearance pictures and the second kind has nude content from films and TV shows. To my delight, Ultimate Celebs is one of the second kind with mostly video clips content. I'm not a fan of that paparazzi junk; I much prefer to see snippets of nude scenes which are what this site is built around.
On the free tour it's possible to browse through their list of celebs and clips which I recommend doing. As of Jan '06 the number of celebs is 948 with 3,700+ total clips. I found the collection to be hit and miss as far as finding actresses I was looking for. Additionally, many popular ones have only a small handful of clips including many on the Most Popular list. Because of this it's nice that the tour gives non-members a glimpse at what's included before laying out money for a membership. Even though it's not the largest collection around the stuff they do have is solid and dominated by sex scenes and nudity. The quality of these DivX AVI files is also a strength, they're consistently high and each clip even has resolution specs listed along with file size and length. In my days as a reviewer I've become pretty familiar with the other film clip sites that Ultimate Celebs is competing with and from what I see they've got a good foundation in place but do need to continue increasing the amount of both celebs and clips per celeb. For instance I ran into a couple, like Katie Holmes and Laura Linney, where I knew there are more nude scenes out there that aren't included here.
Secondary content on the site are picture galleries. I'd say about 10% of the celebs have any pictures at all. The ones that do usually have both nude and non-nude made up of movie screen captures, magazine stuff, publicity photos, and basically anything under the sun. This is the kind of stuff that some celeb sites base their entire content on. Ultimate Celebs has the right idea of including the galleries as supporting material.
Design and organization aren't flashy but they are quite functional with decent data provided. Content can be browsed alphabetically by celeb first name or movie title. The celeb list is the most informative with #clips, # pics, total size, clip length, and last updated. The couple additional tools are top 100 lists of the most popular movies and most popular celebs. All-in-all Ultimate Celebs is pretty well done, I just want more content.

Ultimate Celebs has continued updating their collection of videos every day which is noteworthy for celeb niche site. The number of video clips has more than doubled since our initial review which was written a little over a year ago. The actual number of celebrities has also increased by the same amount. The basic site appears to have held steady and I have to say I think it's a solid navigation set-up for the amount of content included. I still say there's room for improvement in terms of getting some second tier celebs on to the list that aren't currently available.
Score increased from 78.2 to 82.5.
