The Pros
Good-sized collection.
Ultimate Celebs currently offers 27,542 clips of 6,171 celebrities. They've got a wide variety of material, with some of the newest videos alongside classics. You'll find flicks dating back to the 1970s. They also do a nice job at including videos from all different genres, even including today's tv shows. It's not the largest celeb site we've looked at, but there is plenty of content here to keep members busy.
Nice-quality videos.
As on most celebrity sites, quality varies, but I dare say Ultimate Celebs' clips look better than most. These clips are XviD and DivX and those that have come off of DVDs are obviously quite good. Some of the home videos just look so-so but for the most part these are much better than average.
Some good browse tools.
They have some good options for browsing the content. You can browse by both celeb and movie. For celebs, you can view by name, country, decade of birth, and type (B-movie actress, Bond girl, dancer, stage actor, etc). For movies, you can browse by title, country, language, release year, and keyword (shower, skinny-dipping, masturbation, etc). You can also browse the list of top movies or enter your own title or actress name into the keyword search.
Other Good Stuff:
The site is updated with multiple clips daily. On average, you can expect 4 movies added daily with 1-3 clips each.
The design is clean and attractive. It's not too flashy but it looks good.
Videos can be downloaded as DivX or XviD clips and streamed in browser using Flash.
The Cons
Photo collection is limited.
I was surprised by how many celebrities only had vidcaps in their photo sections. While the more famous celebs had sizable photo galleries (like Paris Hilton), other more middle-of-the road celebs had nothing. Not a single photo of Katie Holmes, Julia Roberts, Keira Knightley, or Kate Winslet? These were noticeably absent from the collection.
Some stars with small collections.
It was also surprising to see how many celebs only have 1 or 2 clips. Megan Fox has a grand total of 2 clips. Meanwhile their pornstar section has stars with 40 clips. If I wanted pornstars, I would join a porn site. I was hoping for more mainstream stars with more clips.
Minor Negatives:
Not a lot of extras. The blog is something, but otherwise this is a simple site that sticks to videos and nothing else.
Download speeds were a bit slow. They weren't terrible, but overall speeds were about 40% of what I'm seeing on other sites.
Bottom Line
Plenty of celebrity nudes to enjoy on this user-friendly site.
Overall, I think Ultimate Celebs is a good join for celebrity fans. The price is definitely right, at $20 a month. There's a lot to enjoy here, maybe not as much as you'll find on some other celeb sites, but still a large collection. I also have to give them credit for a high quality collection. Most of these scenes look good. Not perfect, but all in all a solid join with a lot to offer.
