PROS:

 BOTTOM LINE:

"A fun hi-res panty video series but the site needs more episodes and/or a lower price."
So this site's title is The Panty Collector, eh? Well a panty collection certainly sounds more exciting than a stamp collection. The site specializes in all sorts of solo and girl/girl panty play.

The Goods:

- Exclusive 'Panty Collector' Series. Katja, Julie, and the other girls stay totally focused on the panties as they perform alone or with each other. Of the small number of episodes online the majority involve girl/girl which is a good thing. It's also a plus that they include a write-up setting the stage and summarizing each episode.

- Nice Content Quality. Each episode has videos accompanied by a photo gallery. In both areas the site provides sharp looking content. Videos are available in MPEG and WMV for high speed connections and a low quality WMV for those on slow connection. Both high quality formats look very excellent.

The Bads:

- No Video Clip Options. This is where the high quality nature of the videos comes back to bite them in the ass a little. The movies are offered only in full-movie files which are in the 250-400 Mb range for the high quality vids. I really wish they had some clip options available.

- Small Amount of Content. With less than a dozen episodes in the Panty Collector series the site relies on some non-exclusive Daily Updated Panty Collection pictures and movies. That helps by giving members more stuff to see but it would behoove the site to grow their exclusive series.

Conclusion:

These guys come through with targeted panty content including hi-res videos with hot chicks performing. It's another one of those sites doing a good job producing their own stuff that just need to focus on growth. The foundation is in place and it'll be interesting to see what the site is like when it comes time for a follow-up.
