There are plenty of S&M sites out there, but not too many that we've seen that promote real and "extreme pain" using "real slaves" and forcing "real tears". ThePainFiles.com promises all of this in its 4,700+ images and 49+ videos that are currently offered on the site. I can't honestly say I enjoy this kind of stuff in my own sex life, but I sure do like to look at it online - it's just so extreme! You can expect about 2-4 new updates every 4-5 days or so and most come with both images and video clips, I think. It's a little hard to tell since it's not too easy to get around here, and your monthly membership is set at $29.95.
The Good:
- This is S&M, BDSM and fetish content at it's finest. The torture that takes place in the content is very real and features everything from nipple clamps, pins, needles, and ropes, to feet spanking, worshiping, slaves & their masters, bondage, latex, candle wax, pussy clamps, weird insertions, and much more.
- Updates take place often; anywhere from 4-5 days in between, usually consisting of multiple additions.
- Image size is super nice & large (up to 3024x2016 pixels) for the most part, and the videos stream as high as 2000k. They are great quality and highly entertaining if you're into this kind of content. They also offer full-length video downloads for the newest content.
The Bad:
- Site design and set-up is very awkward, making it extremely difficult to get around. It looks to me like they're trying to add more browse options, but are actually really complicating the site more than it already is. The newest change is a separate category for the image content which separates the content into "slavegirls" and/or loose categories. I'm not sure what to pinpoint on where they went wrong with the design, but the best way to describe the member's area is "cluttered".
- Older content is not as great of quality, but I have to say that I'm very impressed overall.
The Conclusion:
Unfortunately for me, the biggest problem I had with this site and its content was in the way in which it is browsed. It really took away from my overall enjoyment of the site/content. And there's some really hardcore, interesting stuff to check out, too. I'd like to see a total re-design here, breaking down the content into "episodes", offering a complete gallery of each photoshoots' images & videos, a model index, better content categories, etc. I thought the quality was very nice here, even though some of the older videos stream closer to 500k, but the new ones are great! Fetish sites are always a little pricier than other paysites, so I won't knock them too much for that, but without a better site design in play, it's also really hard to be enthusiastic about this one.

It almost hurts to even look at this site - this is some hardcore pain-inducing content. It's been more than 2 years since our initial review, and since then the number of videos has jumped up to 65+. I Think I was expecting a larger number from The Pain Files, but it does look like updates are being added weekly. Quality has been improved too! Newest full-length downloads offer bitrate speeds around 3000k - they look nice! The biggest drawback to this site is still the navigation. It's not cohesive and actually rather confusing. With that said, I still really enjoyed the content and would suggest a join for those interested in this kind of pain=pleasure content, as The Pain Files really appears to know what they're doing.
Score increased from 78.5 to 79.0.
