Our site up for review today is called The Pain Files, and I doubt that really needs much of an introduction as far as what we'll be seeing today. I'm not much into pain, because well.... it hurts frankly. I like my sex to feel good and not bad, but I know quite a few people who say that this painful stuff is way better than normal sex. They get right into it on their tour page with lots of previews of what you'll be seeing inside. Right away I see nipple needles, hot wax, clamps, labia stretching, humiliation, bondage, and much more. They seem to update every 3-7 days with several picture and video galleries going up each time. $30 a month is what it costs to get inside, which is high, but right around what's expected for this type of site.
The goods:
- All exclusive, great fetish content. I love bondage and fetish type sites, as they always seem to offer some good content. Once you find exclusive material in the fetish world, it's great so you don't have to look at the same shit you've seen for the past 10 years. They offer up a lot of fetishes, and the new stuff looks pretty nice.
- Big updates come pretty regularly. They don't have a specific schedule they stick to, but at least once a week or so they seem to add quite a few galleries and videos to keep things growing quite a bit. It's hard to tell how much content they actually have up, but our last count from a month ago had quite a few more pictures than videos available unfortunately.
- Quality is decent on newer stuff. Both pictures and videos look good on the newer updates, though you get into their older material pretty quick which doesn't look nearly as nice.
The bads:
- Navigation is a bit of a mess. It's just way too confusing to figure out where stuff is. They have it broken down into a photos and video section, but then their video section also has 11 archive pages up. There's no place to find specific fetishes easily, or even specific models. As they grow even larger, this will become a much bigger deal as their current setup just won't work too well.
- Quality goes downhill quick for older material. On top of that, you run into their old material pretty easily, and just doesn't look nearly as good as the new stuff.
- A bit expensive. $30 is a lot, though they do justify it a bit with mostly exclusive material of such a fetish nature. But when you can find sites out there for 1/3 of the cost that are still pretty damn good porn sites, you always have to think twice to make sure it's worth your while.
Conclusion:
The content here is what you come for. It's fun, looks good these days, and is updated often. The site itself is a bit of a mess and will need some work in the long term to make it more usable. It's a common problem with this type of site for some reason, probably because they offer such a varied collection that they need to organize their material better than most. Otherwise, I like the content, but would look for a few small changes before a full recommendation comes their way.

The Pain Files is still doing well it seems, of course now with more content than they had on our initial visit. The site seems pretty much the same overall, which means the pros and cons still apply from my original review. The content is good still, and the updates still come in nicely. However, the site definitely needs a refresher to make getting around easier. I think the quality took another small jump up which is nice, but the older stuff still doesn't look as good. It's a mixed bag for now, but with some time and a few changes, it could turn out quite well here.
Score remains at 78.0.
