After the shutdown of the legendary Asian4You, most of the true Asian lovers found it hard to find Asian sites of equal quality. After listening to your needs, we’ve raised the legend once again. A new standard for Asian adult sites is here – The Black Alley. Thanks to the highest quality Asian content shot by the former Asian4You photographers, we are able to bring the good-old style you all know so well to life once again. We first reviewed Asian 4 You (A4U) back in 2005, and although I'm not sure why it shut-down exactly, I'm sorry to see it go. TheBlackAlley.com (TBA) has a somewhat unassuming name, but carries on the Asian4You "legend" by offering some of the same hot Asian chicks in a new and updated format. All content is exclusive, high quality, and downloadable (daily limit enforced). A monthly membership will set you back close to $25 bucks per month.
The Good:
- Although some of the content that's being updated daily here might be old news for some of you who were previously members of Asian 4 You, they do add some nice new models of their own to the directory. Currently there are more than 40+ TBA models in addition to the 171+ A4U models and each are listed separately in their respective areas. In general this is a softcore photography site with stunning Asian chicks and beautiful scenery to set them off. You will mostly find things like sexy outfits and nudity spreads, bedroom scenes, outdoor poses, light bondage, toys and more.
- The quality of the content is some of the best I've seen. Images are bright, focused and as large as 1379x920 pixels. The videos also look stunning, playing as AVI files in 720x400 formats.
- Zip files are offered for the image content.
The Bad:
- In some way I can't help but feel like this is almost all a bunch of recycled content with a few new additions thrown in for fun. Basically, I feel like I've seen this all before and if you were a member of A4U then it's likely you have too. Even the site design and set-up feels familiar.
- Speaking of site design, it's way too simplistic and doesn't offer hardly any content information or browse options. The models are listed in alphabetical order, but there is no bio information given on any of them. Between lack of content information and bio information, TBA just feels completely without personality and substance, aside from the beautiful Asian girls.
- Videos are AVI format only so you must completely download a scene before viewing, which brings me to my next point, there is a daily download limit of 1.5GB.
The Conclusion:
It's clear I have some mixed feelings about this site. While The Black Alley does a great job at bringing member's very nice quality content with new updates being added constantly, they unfortunately lack quite a bit in the personality department. There is no model or content information and there are more than 3 times the amount of previously seen before Asian4You models than there is TBA models. Fortunately they're not charging an arm and a leg for monthly memberships, but I do wish they'd spruce up the site design and add some content information.
