Intro

When did adult entertainment become so debased? That is the question asked by Tempting Dreams. Tired of the slapping, gagging, ATM, generally degrading video that you find on most adult sites, Tempting Dreams seeks to portray a more passionate, seductive side of sex. The content is geared towards women and couples looking to explore their sexuality together, but there's no doubt that men will also enjoy these scenes on their own. Here, porn is art, and anyone can appreciate that.

The Pros

Unique, exclusive amateur collection.

At first glance, many of these scenes may look like your standard amateur sex scenes. The couple makes out, there are blowjobs, and sex in plenty of positions. What makes these scenes stand out are things like accompanying stories and real passion. The ladies aren't looked at as pieces of meat to be fucked and discarded. There's seduction and there's anticipation. Jennifer and Parrish are who you'll see in most scenes and you can tell they just really love fucking each other.

Some good interactive features.

Tempting Dreams has a few nice touches that gives it some personality. Jennifer keeps a blog that makes for some interesting reading. There's also a webcam show for members each week. There are also wallpapers, interviews, stories, and information about sex in general. The groups section is a great place to chat with other members and Jennifer and Parrish. Talk about whatever, Macs, nightclubs, exercising, anything that is on your mind. The site strives to be a community resource for all members.

Other Good Stuff:

Photos can be viewed in a slideshow and you can save your favorites to a favorites folder.
Photo updates come often. A new gallery is added to the site every three days, so you never have to wait long to see some hot new photos.
Members have several options for viewing the videos. They can be streamed in Flash and downloaded as wmvs, movs, and mp4s.
The photos are good-sized! The horizontal pictures go up to 2500x2000 in size and they're really sharp and well-lit.

The Cons

Video quality could be better.

I was surprised with just how grainy the videos are. They max out at just 800k and are 640 x 480 in size. They're really pixilated. I was disappointed with the quality of the scenes. There's definitely plenty of room for quality improvement.

Not enough browse tools.

It's ironic, because the site seems to have a pretty advanced set-up. However, there just isn't a good way to search through the content. There are no categories for the scenes. There aren't any sort tools. It's a surprisingly basic set-up at times.

Small collection.

The site definitely needs some growth. There are currently just 71 galleries and 29 videos online. This is an amateur site, but it still won't long to see everything here.

Minor Negatives:

There are no zip downloads for the photos.
Video updates are infrequent. The last new video was added two weeks ago and before that the last update was two months coming! It's unfortunate because this section of the site really needs growth.

Bottom Line

The site fills a great niche, but quality and quantity could be improved.

There are a lot of chicks out there who enjoy watching porn but are tired of the same old gonzo fuck scenes. Tempting Dreams fills a great niche for those looking for something different, something more erotic and passionate. They've got a good thing going here. However, there's a lot of things that can be done to improve. The site needs growth and higher quality videos for sure. For $30 a month, I would expect more than what they currently offer. This unique site is worth a look for sure, and hopefully over time they can upgrade and update the collection a bit more.
