Today's site we're going to review is called Teens in Wet Panties. My first question to the ladies was "isn't it quite uncomfortable wearing panties that are soaking wet?" Soon after realizing that no one was going to answer me, I figured it was just a sick fetish these girls had. I don't even like it when part of my sock gets a little wet, let alone my entire set of panties (not that I wear panties mind you). Maybe the girls peed their pants, in which case I'd be even more embarrassed for them. The one thing I'm sure of is that these girls aren't so horny that their pussies are dripping wet - they'd never make a porn site about that!
The site has a very basic look to it, with amateur-looking graphics and a lot of text. It's actually pretty simple once you figure it out, but I don't give them any points for design here. It's also a bit expensive at $30 a month, so they're going to have to have some good stuff to keep me interested long. It's an independent site, no network access included here. Some good news is that they seem to update with something new once a day (although that could be just a story).
Picture galleries are divided up into a couple categories, and then into sub-page so there aren't too many listings on a single page. All you really get is a preview thumb, the date, and the model's name (which is only on the actual gallery page). I wouldn't mind seeing more info here on what's going on. Browsing the galleries is straightforward, although again I wouldn't mind seeing links to specific gallery pages added to make it easier. Thankfully the content looks good. Pictures are large ranging from 1024x680 to 1300x868 from what I've seen. I don't think they are shot in house, but the content seems exclusive to me.
Videos come in full-video downloads only, and are in both Windows Media and MPG format. They do have a video preview available in case you want to check that out first. The WMV versions are remarkably smaller and come in at 320x240 and 500kbps or so. They look okay, but not as nice as their pictures do. They're honestly a little blurry to me which is surprising, and is probably caused by something in the encoding process. The MPGs take a while to download (or buffer a lot if you have a player that streams them), and look just a little bit better in my opinion. I'd probably stick with the WMVs unless you have time to kill and want the best they have to offer.
There's a bit more to see including stories and a forum (among other things), as well as a venue to buy used panties if you're so inclined. The site is very basic without a whole lot of anything except the content. Thankfully that looks decent. I'd like to see the site expand with more info and features. The price is a bit high right now, especially just for a single site. They do have semi-panty-related content, but it just didn't stand out a whole lot to me overall.

Well things look surprisingly similar around here as they did last time. Some good news comes in that the site has grown quite a bit, thanks to all their regular updates we noticed last time. Otherwise, much is the same. The site itself is exactly the same as it was before, which means the small problems I had before are still here as well. That's not necessarily a bad thing since the content is still good (and there's always something new coming), but as a whole there's still a little work that could be done in my opinion.
EDIT: This is a bit of a followup to a followup here. Apparently the webmaster has made a few changes we missed last time around. Movies are now listed in categories instead of one long chronological list, which is a mixed blessing. While I like the fact that you can find specicific kinds of movies, I do miss having one long video list to browse through the newest material. This is made worse by the fact that their updates page only shows one movie and one picture update. The picture galleries are setup in the same manner, but there's a lot more of them to necessitate the categorization (though I still wouldn't mind seeing one big list of content in order by date).
Some small navigational features have been added including the ability to sort by date, name, or number of views, and pictures come on web pages to be able to click through to the next picture easily. A slide show is available as well, and you can comment on the pics, but both of those features aren't very useful to me. If you could easily find the highest-voted pictures/sets that'd be cool.
While these additions were nice, they still didn't change the basic premise of the site for me at all. A lot of my original review still stands (especially since I didn't knock navigation too much), but at least the owner shows the desire to keep improving things here which is better than a lot of other sites.
