This is a fetish that could definitely appeal to a wide audience. Not only will teen fans enjoy seeing these young cuties prance around in their knickers, true panty fans will love watching them use their undies in some very creative ways.
There are currently 211 galleries online for a total of approximately 14,000 pictures. They promise daily updates and I think that is accurate, but it's a little difficult to tell for sure. Their updates page only lists the upcoming three updates so it's hard to tell much. It looks like they add a gallery one day, a movie the next, and a story the next, so there is always something new to see. The design of the site is cute and the navigation is simple but effective. The galleries are organized into categories like solo, lesbian, and hardcore. The word "exclusive" is peppered throughout the tour, although my understanding is that only part of the collection actually is. I recognized a few sets and models from other sites, but it would be nice if it were a little clearer on which galleries were in fact exclusive. Picture quality is certainly above average. They're clear and even if they're not perfectly lit, you won't find any dark shots in the bunch. Plus, these photos are very large at 1000x1300! Despite the clarity and size of the images, however, they're still clearly amateur.
Most of the models seem to be in their early twenties, not quite teens but close enough. The majority of the content is solo softcore, and even the lesbian stuff is pretty tame. Usually their panty pleasures include activities like pulling the panties in one girl's crack while they make out. Even in the hardcore scenes the action usually revolves around the panties. The dude might stuff the panties inside the girl while they're fooling around or even just barely pull them aside for the actual sex. I give the webmaster credit for keeping the focus on panties. Oftentimes the theme of the site is simply used to lure surfers in and is quickly forgotten in the actual site content. That's not the case here!
There are also 147 videos online, each around ten minutes long. The videos are offered as both mpegs and Windows Media files. There are no clips, only one file to stream or download. They play at 512k and look about average quality. They're a little fuzzy or oddly lit at times, some definitely look better than others. The videos lack the same organization of the photos, but you can expect the same type of activities here. Some of the scenes just feature the model posing for the camera and talking about her panties and others are set up with storylines. Some got a little bit cheesy, and some of the ladies are better actresses than others, but overall the video collection is a good addition to the site.
Teens in Wet Panties definitely has some potential. They've got some large, good quality exclusive pictures, frequent updates, and a good collection of content that stays true to the theme of the site. Areas of the site that I think need improvement are the videos (more options, better quality), navigation (again, more options needed), and price ($30 a month is a bit much for this collection). For a fetish site, I'm pleased with what's offered here and think it's worth checking out if you're into panty play.

Teens in Wet Panties...nearly a year later and the teens are still hot and the panties are still wet. The new updates page lists all the site additions from the passed several weeks, confirming that they do have almost daily updates. Because of this, the site has grown from 211 galleries to 313 and 147 videos to 258, a good increase in the eleven months since our last visit. Additionally, the site has seen some new navigational features put into place. The movies are now listed in categories, along with browse by name and date capabilities. Zip files and a slideshow have also been added. Other than that, same price, same large high-quality photos. There are still a few areas that need to be tweaked but the heart of the site, the content, looks great as is. I'm upping a couple scores for the growth of this fun teen site.
