"Teens in Wet Panties", well that title makes it pretty clear what this site is all about. Not surprisingly the members are does indeed have panty-focus pictures and videos. Of course as with many porn sites you'll need to have a loose definition of the word "Teen". Many of the girls are clearly in their 20's (and occasionally a few years beyond that) but it's not a big deal. For the most part they look young enough and in more than few galleries they utilize the cheerleader, schoolgirl outfits, and classroom backgrounds to reinforce the teen angle.
I find the real value of this site to be in the 147+ video clips. I'll get to the pictures later; I want to discuss the videos first because I found myself focusing nearly all my time in that section. I started out browsing the pictures, but as soon as I watched a couple videos the pics were suddenly far less interesting. Even though I might not have a panty fetish I do enjoy seeing girls writhing around in their underwear as much as the next guy. While I'm certain every panty enthusiast has his own specific likes and dislikes it seems to me the video clips cover all the important bases and there should be something for everyone. Most common is solo masturbation while wearing panties and sometimes with panties in hand. Beyond that things are mixed up with panty licking, dildo play, girl/girl panty sex, and a little bit of hardcore. Several vids have girls enter with a bag full of panties and then sort through them before getting down to stripping and masturbating. With the movies at roughly 10-15 minutes each, I think there's enough here to make the site worth it for a real panty fanatic. I would like to see better video quality. Each clips is offered as both WMV and MPEG and as it stands right now the WMV files look pretty average and the MPEGs are definitely nicer although those files are 80-200Mb which means lengthy download times.
With 211+ galleries the pictures are greater in number than the vids although like I said earlier they're not as exciting. That's simply because the type of action parallels what's found in the videos. Besides being overshadowed by the vids the biggest issue I have with the pics is the inconsistent quality. Some are large and impressive pics but for the most part it's a collection of average looking stuff that is clearly secondary to the movies.
The site design is rough around the edges although navigating around is easy enough. The one main issue I have is with the updates/news listings. The daily updates (whether it be a gallery, video, or story) are listed but there's no hyperlink to click on to jump right to the addition. Without those links it takes away from the usefulness of the news archive which goes back a couple years.
Stories and a message board forum are the two sections of additional content. The couple upsells include panties you can order and a link to 1-on-1 private cam shows. That's fine though, none of it was obtrusive or thrown in my face. Something I wish they'd reconsider is the price. $29.95/mo is a lot of money for this smallish site. And if by chance you join the $2.95 3-day trial on the exit popup be sure to know it recurs at $39.95/mo which is way over the top for this content.

For the most part Teens in Wet Panties appears to be the same site it was during my initial review. However, a few changed are worth noting. Some small navigation adjustments include movie categorization and zip files for the pics which are nice little additions. A "Movies by Mail" section is available where the webmaster will mail members movies for "free or for a small fee". This is a service offered because of the large file sizes and lengthy download times for dudes with slower connections. This is available for those who have been active for 60 days and the requests are taken by email. I have to admit it's a unique idea that I haven't seen before. Other than that regular updates have continued and the content is still a mix of softcore and hardcore panty action. These scores have changed: Download +0.5 & Features +0.5.
Score increased from 76.4 to 77.5.
