Wow, what an amateur looking entrance page, for some reason I'm not surprised to see that this is a swinger’s site. Tampa Bukkake is a site that has "been throwing wild ass sex parties for years" and invites members to see all of their "exclusive orgies, bukkakes, and gangbangs". With over 59+ video episodes, what you'll find here is a real group of people from Florida who get together to have wild sex parties and orgies, documenting the event for members to enjoy. The price of admission here is a low $19.95 per month which also gives you access to the other 14+ Stall Network group of sites including the previously reviewed Crack Whore Confessions, access to the Amateur Camz Network, HomeGrown Cams, and more.
The Tampa Bukkake crew has been having these wild ass parties since 2001 but you'll only find video content as far back as 2002 and even then it's not a common thing to find clips longer than 1 minute. As we get into the more recent content, though, you'll find tons of video up to 20 minutes in length broken down into 4-5, 5 minute segments along with image sets, etc. Still, some episodes/parties only have a set of images to document the swinging debauchery. While the content here is nice and explicit, perfect documentation of couples gone wild with other couples, girls on girls, men on girls with other men with other girls (you get the idea), the major drawback to this site is purely going to be with the overall lack of quality content. Many images here are a small 360x480 pixels in size (up to 480x640 pixels) and the videos stream up to 256k max. I'm not sure why but quality has always been an issue when it comes to both fetish and swinger sites. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that these people are usually more concerned with the actual sex acts then they are about getting the perfect (quality) shots. Either way you can expect some great fuck and suck sex scenes here, plenty of hardcore swinging action, but not much in the way of quality.
While Tampa Bukkake isn't the greatest site and Stall Network probably isn't going to be anything close to the end all of Networks, but one fact does remain and that is, this stuff is cheap! The site design might not be optimal and the quality definitely doesn't compare too many other video sites/networks, but 15+ sites for $19.95 per month is not a bad deal; not a bad deal at all. It would be nice if the site gave members some idea of when updates are scheduled to happen. Likewise, you won't find any date stamps on the archived content here either. Overall there's simply nothing special about this site if you ask me, mainly just the fact that you gain access to many other sites and it's fairly cheap; you decide.

Looks like Dirty D is still busy updating and you even now get access to a total of 21+ sites with membership here (up from 14). The main directory looks a little cleaner and even now offers an updates page. There still are no date stamps on the content on the site itself, however. They've also started adding "new xxx large high resolution video" which streams as high as 550k. Still hovering at about average but much better than their former 256k streams. Overall it's nice to see things moving in a positive direction and I hope they continue to improve the experience here for their members.
