Nobody's going to mistake Tampa Bukkake for high class porn. From the site design to the content, this is true amateur swingers banging in real orgies. Actually the site is part of the Stall Network of which TBP has one other site, Crack Whore Confessions (which by comparison makes Tampa Bukkake's content seem high-class). I don't want you to get the idea that I'm trashing the site; the truth is this raw amateur sex will appeal to lots of guys who are tired of seeing the same girls and scenes over and over. Even though I did happen to recognize a few of these sluts, there's no doubt the scenes are original.
The main guy behind the site is named Dirty D. Basically he and his cohorts are gang bangin' swingers who have spent the last four years filling up this site with pics and vids of their parties. Not every event is identical; some galleries are based around Dirty D's birthday parties, trade-show event shoots, bikini contests, house parties, and even one with the folks from Playboy's SexCetera. The older content from 2001-02 is mostly pictures with short video clips. In '03 the videos started to show up and those make the site a whole lot more interesting.
Just about every scene is an outright orgy with many girls and guys. It's the type of action you'd expect at a full on swinging gang bang. The chicks are real sluts who have a very fun time taking on many guys. The "bukkake" part of the title implies that type of extreme facial cumshots which is partly true. Except for a few cum drinking ones, the scenes tended to end with typical facials you might see in any porn scene. I'm not sure why the picked that word for the title, to me the site would be better served with a title referencing its swinger party emphasis.
Windows Media is the sole video format. Even though the options are basic, I'm glad they give the choice of streaming or downloading and the choice of watching the whole scene or five minute clips. Movies are 15-20 mins in length, not bad for amateur party vids.
Bonus content comes in the form of the other Stall Network sites which includes other amateur material put together by these guys such as a gloryhole site, the crack whore site mentioned earlier, and a bunch of amateur sites. It's all kind of similiar in nature and lots is produced by these guys which is a hell of a lot better than bonus feeds found on most sites. One annoyance is some advertisements for DVD versions of the content, sex toys, and sexual enhancement sites. $19.95/mo is a fine price which is made more tolerable by the network access.

Dirty D and his Tampa Bukkake crew continued to build the episode list throughout 2005 and '06. Since all new additions continue to include videos the number of movies is getting to be quite respectable. Additionally they've given their video quality a bump up as well. Episodes dating from mid 2005 feature a larger and higher resolution video format. I jumped back and forth between the newer and older vids and it's a noteworthy improvement which is good to see.
Score increased from 71.1 to 74.7.
