TabithasToyBox.com is the official website of adult film star Tabitha Stern. Combining the experience of a pornstar with the enthusiasm and personal interaction of an amateur, Tabitha has created a site that seems to fill an intriguing void in the single-model site market. The design of the site is cute and fun and I'm looking foward to seeing what she has inside.
Tabitha's pictures are a mix of content shoots she has done for other websites and her own personal "amateur" pictures that were taken only for this website. Quality varies but is always above average. Most of the pictures are available at 600x800. Because of her professional work, she has access to some really interesting sets and costumes which make for some great shoots. Almost all of her sets are solo; you'll only find 3 guy-girl sets and 1 girl-girl set (featuring her and a very young looking Gauge). Instead she does a lot of cute posing and lots of masturbation. I really enjoyed seeing the mix of pro and amateur photos. It was cool to see her go from all glammed up with tons of makeup and big hair to a ponytail and shorts outside. Most sites only feature one or the other; either the model is all pro or all amateur. I think this is a very interesting direction for a site like this to go in. There are currently around 6,000 pictures of Tabitha in her photo galleries section. You'll also find a few hundred behind the scenes pictures, always with descriptions of what was going on. I almost always find these pictures a great addition to a site and here in particular I think it suits the site well. You get to see another side of Tabitha and get to know her even better.
There is a section of video clips but currently there are only nine available. These are much more hardcore than her photos. You'll find clips of Tabitha getting a facial, giving blowjobs and having sex. In her section titled "Featuring" you can view clips of Tabitha's experiences as a feature dancer. For most of the clips there aren't any options for different viewing speeds or formats but they did download quickly and played in Windows Media without any problems. Quality was so-so. I admit that I know nothing about the legal aspects of broadcasting videos but I would have loved to see some clips from the 120+ full length xxx videos she has starred in. That would be a fantastic addition to the site. For now, the videos just deserve a passing glance. There are other things here to keep you occupied.
Bonus content is in no short short supply here. There are the requisite dozen or so live feeds, videos and games from Homegrown, Peekshows and others. There are 1,200 pictures of other adult stars that Tabitha has made available. But the more interesting extras are the exclusive Tabitha stuff. She keeps a journal, though it is only updated a few times a month and she hosts a live chat every so often. You'll also find Tabitha art that her members have submitted. It's a pretty good section of extras.
I enjoyed Tabitha's website much more than most pornstar sites, and more than many amateur sites, as well. She seems to have taken the best parts of both and combined them. You get the more interesting, higher quality pictures of a pornstar with the interaction and personality of an amateur site. I think this is a great idea. A few changes could be made. I think more regular updates of Tabitha would be great (as it is 3-4 galleries are posted monthly, though there is no set schedule). I would also love to see a more substantial video section. That aside I think TabithasToyBox.com is a good site sure to satisfy any Tabitha fan.

A lot can happen in a year and a half. For Tabitha, though, it looks like we never left January of 2004. Aside from a slight redesign, the site is basically how we left it then. There are a few new videos but her photo section hasn't grown at all. Her diary hasn't even been touched since October of 2004. The only aspect of the site that has grown is her section of friends photos that now features over 200 galleries of other pornstars and models. That section of the site is updated weekly while the rest hasn't been touched in months (forget about camshows). For $25 a month, this is pretty disappointing. I'm knocking down several of my scores. Hopefully eventually Tabitha will get the site active again but for now I'd skip it.

Tabitha's site has a very attractive new design that I was hoping was a sign of renewed action on this hottie's site. Now, I'm not so sure it is. Tabitha's updates are still somewhat unpredictable, but it looks like a new video has been added for the last three weeks in a row. Still, the total content counts are far less than I would hope for. It's been two and a half years since we first visited and in that time only 19 videos have been added and somehow the number of pictures has decreased. What was the strongest area of the site, Tabitha's friends' galleries, is now not currently available. At least she has started updating her diary every few weeks, although the camshow link is still broken. I'm glad Tabitha is working to improve her site because she can do much better than this. I hope at our next follow-up I can raise her score more than just half a point.
