Tabitha's Toybox is the official site of pornstar Tabitha Stern. As a young looking blonde with a nice body, I'm sure most guys find her to be hot. I didn't know anything about her, but her bio and work summary make it clear she's got a solid career going. She's done movies for Vivid and magazine shoots for publications such as Hustler and Swank. From the titles, I get the impression she's carved out a nice niche performing in teen, sorority, and coed type projects.
Generally speaking pornstars usually hire an outside company or webmaster to operate their sites. Tabitha is much more hands on than that. It looks like she runs the site herself including posting messages, updates, and interacting with members via email. That's very important and I'd have to say of all the pornstar sites I've reviewed so far, this one had the most personal touch to it. As far as design and content, it almost feels like a mix between a pornstar site and an amateur girl site.
The stuff she gives members is 1000's of pics, 10+ videos, behind-the-scenes shoots, bio, journal, and schedule. All of it meets with expectations of what a pornstar should offer. By a Most of the pics is solo softcore but there is a sprinkling of hardcore and one girl/girl set with Gauge. What needs to be improved on here is both the pic size and quality, which are pretty mediocre by today's standards. Same thing goes for the videos but the bigger problem there is the total number is only 9 and all were added back in mid-2003 (there's also a couple vids in the behind-the-scenes area). Behind-the-scenes is itself a collection of photos at awards shows and movie sets.
From what I saw in the news area, Tabitha drops her members a note several times a week. This makes me wonder why her "Schedule" calendar is so empty. There are about 5 entries total from the last 4 months and nothing upcoming in the future. I'm sure members want to know what Tabitha is up to and when they'll have the next opportunity to talk with her in the chat section. Other "extra" content includes live feeds and movies from companies like Homegrown. The price is $24.95/mo and a $9.95 5-day trial is available. Seems a bit high to me, but if you're a hardcore Tabitha fan it probably won't dissuade you from joining.

My initial review praised Tabitha's interaction and involvement with her own site. That seems to have died down as her journal is totally empty going back all this year. There's just one posting in her news blog for the past half-year. The last additions to Tabitha's photos and videos were well over a year ago too. Friend's galleries seem to be the only consistent content being added. The one area of growth in the time since our initial review is the number of videos. There are now around 30 which is fine although the quality is still below what I'd prefer. To sum up Tabitha has just about the same site with less frequent interaction and updates which had been positives last time around. This score has changed: Updates -3.
Score decreased from 70.9 to 67.6.

Tabitha seems to be in the middle of some design improvements as there's a note about that on the news section. More importantly she has gotten back to updating both the site content as well as the diary. My previous follow up specifically noted the diary but so far in 2006 she's been making regular additions since February right up until the time of this follow-up. Overall Tabitha still has a small site with the largest content section being the photo galleries of her posing solo. Hardcore and Lesbian pics are small in number and the videos section isn't very big either. For the next follow-up it'll be interesting to see what design changes are made and if there's been continued growth.
