Straight Hell's tagline "Because they Fucking Deserve It" is pretty funny. I like when sites come up with creative slogans that drive home the concept they're selling and this one works well. The overall theme is a combination of straight guys along with BDSM/fetish action. Based on how the episodes play out I'd say the BDSM/fetish angle is what stands out most.
The Goods:
- Exclusive Hardcore BDSM Episodes. Videos make up the main part of the content with picture galleries serving as supporting material and previews. With regards to the hardcore and fetish action Straight Hell pretty much covers all the bases. They get into extreme stuff like ropes, chains, restraints, machines, paddles, clips, etc. There is also some hardcore BJ and sex mixed in too. The creativity and intensity of the shoots are the site's best assets.
- Episode Dates & Written Descriptions. There is some pretty solid information posted for each video. Along with the large amount of preview pics they also post the vide length in minutes. Plus each movie is date stamped with a lengthy write-up laying out the model and shoot specifics.
The Bads:
- Small Number of Episodes. The site is relatively new on the scene in 2007 and this review is being conducted at the end of that year. So as time goes by they should accumulate more and more movies to round out the site. The update pace seems to be one new movie per week which is fairly standard for a site with exclusive shoots of this kind.
- Expensive Monthly Price. The $39.95/mo rate is eye-popping and puts the site at the high end of paysites. The originality and extreme nature of the shoots are a nice selling point but even with that in their favor it's still expensive. I review a lot of sites with exclusive material and huge collection and rarely do sites go with a rate that high.
Conclusion:
One issue I haven't mentioned yet is that this site is headquartered in Britain so the performers are European. So I give them credit for having that as an additional niche they incorporate. The member's area design could be an issue down the road. The content is listed on one long page that requires a lot of scrolling so hopefully they'll add categorization or some navigation tools as the site expands.

After taking another look around Straight Hell and re-reading my initial review I see that the main bullet points listed still apply here. These guys have continued to update with new episodes on a weekly basis so there is more material for members to enjoy. This is a key since it's still a relatively young site and is working on building up a database of exclusive content. The male BDSM/fetish nature of the episodes still continues to stand out as the main selling point because of the high entertainment value. The model list, info, specs, preview thumbnails are what I like best about the design while the required scrolling and lack of categorization is what they could improve. The high price remains in place though of course the value improves as they keep growing.
Score increased from 78.5 to 80.0.
