Intro

Step 1 Models is up for review today, and what this site boils down to is a guy who loves women, has a camera, and decided to open up a porn site. It has a very amateur feel to it, though he's gotten more into lighting and stuff over the years to help a little. The amateur aspect also comes through in the models, whom he hand picks for all shoots, and who are all hopefully not pros in the business. You can see a wide variety of material, from solo to hardcore, just depending on what the girl is comfortable with. It's not the most unique idea in the world, but he's been doing it a while, so the numbers here definitely help. $30 gets you in for a month, and that drops to $20 if you decide to stick around.

The Pros

Decent-sized site.

The numbers aren't bad here at all since he seems to have been doing this for a few years. The photo gallery count isn't bad with over 100 galleries up currently, but the video count is much better with over 700 videos to check out. Hopefully those numbers continue to rise with their regular update schedule.

Large photos HD videos.

I wouldn't call the quality awesome, but they do try in terms of specs. Pictures are huge, with 3000-4000 pixels being the norm for the long side here. Videos all come in high definition lately, which is also good to see. They still keep the amateur feel to everything though.

Other Good Stuff:

Of course, all of the content here is all exclusive. It's expected these days, but worthy of a note here.
Updates come in pretty regularly here with usually 1-2 new things posted weekly to help keep the site growing nicely.

The Cons

Navigation could be a little better.

They have a few options for getting around, but none are quite ideal in my opinion. There's the models index, and the updates section, but that's it. There's no separate photo or video section, and there's nothing in the way of a search or anything. It just feels a little clunky currently.

Minor Negatives:

Though they have an in-browser video available here, it's not an actual streaming video. You can only jump ahead so far as you've actually downloaded, instead of being able to jump around right away.
They don't really provide much background info on the models unfortunately. The scenes have nice descriptions, but I'd love to get to know the models better.

The other

Despite good specs and all, the quality isn't quite up to par with some of the more corporate paysites you're probably used to seeing. It's not bad if you're into the amateur thing since that's what they're going for, but definitely keep it in mind.

Bottom Line

If you like the content you see in the tour preview, I think you'll have fun once inside.

I think this is a pretty easy site to like as long as you like the type of content they're working with here. It has a bit of a dated feel with the low-key locations (motel rooms, etc), but it kind of fits the niche I guess. If you just normal girls doing things they've never done before on camera, it could work (and this feels very true/normal as far as the girls go - this isn't some fake corporate type site where first timers are doing 2 dicks in their ass gangbang style). Navigation could be a little better, and I wouldn't mind more model info, but it all kinda works in the end. I wouldn't call this too technically advanced or unique, but it's good for what it is.
