Intro

Skinz is a website offering hot tattooed girls in scenes that "go just a little bit farther". This is still a rather small archive of content with just about 26 videos and a handful of image galleries with updates not coming in nearly as often as they should for a site of this size. The good news is that a membership here will set you back just $19.95 per month and it looks like bonus site access is a part of the deal.

The Pros

Original Tattoo Content.

All content is true to theme. These are some very sexy babes with hot bods and great skin art. Many of the scenes were shot by professional photographers (even some 3D!), offering up a unique collection content & scenes. You'll find great poses, showing off that artworked skin and even some actual tattooing going on. It's not porn content, per se, but the content does stick true to theme.

Advanced Search Feature.

The advanced search tool lets you search by any combination of categories, keywords, and date. Photos and videos can be sorted by date, name, and popularity.

Many Viewing & Download Options.

Videos have some good viewing options. Each scene is offered as both clips and full-length scenes. The clips play as wmvs in 2 quality settings. The full-length scenes have normally a WMV & MP4 option. Usually, there's also a full-length iPod download.

Other Good Stuff:

Quality looks good. Images are nice and large at 1600p and the videos offer bitrate speeds around 2000k. There is some room for improvement with the videos, but overall things look nice here.
Flash streaming looks nice and the images are offered in 3 size formats with one option for ZIP file download.

The Cons

Small Site & Video Updates Are Slow.

Currently this is still very small site with not much to see. While the image updates appear to come in about weekly at this point, there is quite a lag between video updates. In fact, at the time of this review nothing new has been added for almost 2 months. It should also be mentioned that videos are very short, maybe only 2-4 minutes in length.

Minor Negatives:

Plain design. This is some kind of site script that I've seen many times before so the actual layout of the pages is a bit repetitive. The actual look of the site is pretty plain. It's more function over form.
No model info. Basic stats could be the very least, but most models only offer body measurements. For such niche specific content, some sort of tattoo and other personal info would be a nice touch.
There are some member's area ads. They really clutter up the site and detract from the network's own content.
While Skinz sticks to the tattoo theme really well, there isn't much to see here in terms of porn and even nudity at times. If you're looking for hot tattooed chicks fucking, well, you won't get that here.

Bottom Line

A small site focusing on hot chicks with tattoos, but not much of a porn site.

While there's obviously not too much bad to say about Skinz, there are still some major flaws. Skinz is still a very small site that sees new image updates every now and then, but it's not very often you get a new video update. This isn't a porn site really either, but more or less a celebration of hot chicks with tattoos. The videos are short and while the quality is mostly good, you don't get any info about the models, and really, there's just not a whole lot to see overall. With some time, there is some potential here however, because I know I'd love to see more and even a bit more in the way of sexual content.
