SimonScans.com is a collection of high quality photo scans and digital images of sexy English dames photographed by this bloke, Simon. According to Simon, he strives for "quality, original photography of great looking girls. Frequent quality updates. Respect for both surfers and models. Simple and intuitive site design...Quality is paramount." Well sign me up for that! Taking a quick peek at his "Top Shots" in the free section was enough to capture my interest. So far, Simon has me impressed.
I was very pleased with how easy it was to navigate the member's area. Upon entering, you are immediately greeted with thumbnails of the 16 newest galleries including the date the gallery was added and how many pictures are included. This kind of no-nonsense attitude is exactly what would keep me coming back to a site. In addition to being able to browse by update, you can also view the galleries by model. The "Browse by Model" page is populated by an alphabetical ordering of headshot thumbnails of each girl. It doesn't get much easier than this! Click on the bird of your choice and choose which gallery of hers you'd like to view. From there you can watch the set by manually clicking next, by utilizing the handy slide show feature, or download the entire gallery in a zip for your perusal later.
The picture quality is excellent. With few exceptions, all of the photos are crisp and clear and run at a resolution of 748x1124. Quality is very important to Simon, in terms of both his camera work and post-production editing. He began his site shooting with a 35mm camera but found that the extra work involved was causing an overall decrease in quality. He has since switched to a high-end digital camera. What this means for us surfers is beautiful shots of beautiful women. And not the same old women you're used to seeing on porn sites. I didn't recognize a single model on his site. All of the girls are fresh faced natural beauties. There is an amateur feel to these women, although by no means are they average looking. Most of them appear to be in their early twenties. Each model has about five galleries to her name which is really a pleasure to see. Aside from the expected dildo on the bed shoot, many of the models have also been photographed on the beach, in a meadow, on a boat on a lake, etc. Most of the galleries are single-girl with a toy but there are quite a few girl-girl galleries, and Simon says he might consider adding some hardcore boy-girl photos eventually. I would be pleased to see that happen, as I personally feel that quality boy-girl galleries are a rare species on the adult net.
The video collection is really still in its infancy. I counted only 31 movies currently. Although quantity is lacking here, in true SimonScans form, quality is quite evident. I was able to view the clips with no degradation at 200% and they were still pretty clear at full screen. Simon says he is moving forward with videos and that we can expect a greater collection in the future.
SimonScans is a picture oriented site with an emphasis on quality and integrity. You'll find no consoles, no annoying banners, and basically no bs here. I feel like Simon is a nice guy who likes his porn and beautiful women and knows his way around a camera. Expect about 1000 new pictures every week of the year. If he bulked up his video section I think this site would be even tougher to beat. Nonetheless, his current offerings at a very reasonable price make this site well worth the cost of membership.

SimonScans has grown dramatically since we last visited the site seven months ago. The picture count has grown from approximately 80,000 photos to well over 120,000 and the video count has increased from 28 to a more respectable 62. There are also around 30 new models. They have certainly been busy! The site was already top notch and this huge increase really makes it tough to beat. I didn't notice a whole lot of other changes to the site (not that it needed any) except for some minor design changes and the addition of a magnifying glass which lets you decide the size at which you'd like to view the photos.
The price structure has changed a bit. Formerly the cost was $24.95 a month with a loyalty discount down to $19.95 a month after six months. Now you get the discount after three months. They've also introduced a one month non-recurring option of $29.95 for a single month. This doesn't really affect my opinion of the value of the site. Certainly the recurring option is best if you plan to hang around and once the price goes down to $19.95 this site becomes a fantastic value. I'm truly impressed by this site that manages to add over 4,000 new exclusive, high quality pictures every month.
