Shemale Titan is a DVD movie site that's set up similar to many of the popular mainstream movie download sites. The obvious difference is that Shemale Titan's collection is made up of 100% tranny DVDs. Guests can browse around exactly as members see things so it's possible to find out what movies and scenes are available before signing up.
The Goods:
- All Shemale DVDs w/ Niche Categories. For fans of just shemale/tranny movies the setup they have is user-friendly. The fact is on other DVD download sites shemale is usually one sub-category. Shemale Titan has a decent sized collection with only tranny movies in a few dozen different categories of action.
- Good Design, Simple Browsing Tools. It's possible to browse by niche, studio, or all DVDs. There is also a keyword search box with a title or pornstar selector. Additional little sections include Most Downloaded and Top Rated. Overall the navigation is simple to figure out and the layout works for the type of content offered.
The Bads:
- Could Use 'Star' Browse Feature. Aside from the pornstar keyword search the site comes up short in this area. On the individual movie pages there is a section for listing the performers but all the ones I saw simply listed "various". It looks like they took a shortcut here so it's not possible to click on any pornstar names to bring up their other movies. Clickable names or some sort of star index should be included on a site like this.
- Updates Should Be Faster. Updating is steady at one new DVD per week. These guys are dealing with non-exclusive movies so they really should ratchet this pace up. My expectation is more like 5-7 new movies per week. Even if they got it up to 3-4 every week that would make quite a difference.
Conclusion:
Video Quality is one area that didn't make my Good or Bad section because it's decent although not exceptional. Scenes are offered in three quality levels and all files are downloadable (can't be streamed). All in all Shemale Titan is a respectable source for tranny DVDs and it's one of the sites where what you see on the tour really is what you get in the member's area.
