With a title like Sexy Employee my guess was that this would be some sort of office or secretary niche site. That's not the case though as the reality theme is simply one-on-one "interviews" filmed in an apartment or house. The guest tour layout is exactly the same as the member's section. On the tour you can view gallery, video, and model sections to get an overview and small samples of what's available on the site.
The Goods:
- Euro Models in Hardcore & Solo Shoots. Sexy Employee's content collection is pretty well balanced. They have a mix of hardcore guy/girl along with solo girl shoots and some group action too. Hardcore makes up the bulk of the videos which is good. There is about an equal number of picture galleries and videos. The European models and cameraman give the vids a little different flavor than American porn.
- Model Index & Update Archive. These are two good items to see from a design. The model index is a straightforward A-to-Z list of the models that links through to all their photo and video appearances. All the material on the site is dated and the right margin has a list of past updates categorized by month and year.
- High Quality Pics w/ Zip Files. The picture quality surprised me mostly because reality/amateur shoots like these usually rely on the vids and throw in token pictures. Sexy Employee has large and sharp pics that can be browsed online or downloaded in zip files.
The Bads:
- Generic Amateur/Reality Concept. In my opinion the European aspect of the content stands out more than the reality job interview thing they do. Look, I know reality porn concepts are supposed to be cheesy and fun but this one doesn't have that big of an edge. The actual banging is good; the reality angle just didn't work for me.
- A Bit Expensive for Size of Site. The $29.95/mo price is generally the going rate for multiple site video/reality networks. Taking that into consideration Sexy Employees seems small compared to many of its competitors.
- Average Video Viewing Options. Movie episodes are given in DivX episodes clips. The number varies depending on the length of the episodes. Full-movie files are in iPod/PSP format only. Full movie DivX would help a lot. As would adding WMV or MPEG that would allow for streaming instead of having to wait for the full file to load as it is on DivX.
Conclusion:
Sexy Employee is a decent amateur hardcore site with a good mix of picture and video content. The updates go back to mid 2006 so it's a relatively young site. After more time has passed they should build up a larger content database which will increase the value relative to the membership cost.
