Rugger Bugger is an interesting site I'd say, and one that makes sense. They bring you content of nude men from popular sports. The tour makes it look like a mix of actual photos, and some hidden camera type stuff. They also seem to focus more on European content if that makes a difference to you at all. The site is very amateur in nature, both inside and outside, so I'm guessing that won't impress me. Hopefully the content and uniqueness of the site can do more. It'll cost you $30 to join, which rebills at $25 a month after that.
The goods:
- Decent-sized site. Their gallery count goes all the way up to 589 currently, which includes both photo and video galleries mixed in there. For being what I consider a boutique site, that's a pretty impressive collection they've put together.
- Unique material. I like taking the celeb thing into a different niche like this, especially one that seems to make sense in the porn world. Granted you're not going to see anything too wild or amazing since most people are protective of their privacy, but I like the effort here.
- Updates come often enough. It's a little random, but at most you'll wait about six days for something new to come online. Usually it's somewhere in the 3-4 day range in between updates, which is probably how their collection got to where it is today.
The bads:
- Very plain site and navigation. It looks awful, with barely a graphic to be seen anywhere. Text links abound as well, and they don't even separate the photos from the videos. Thankfully I finally found a "model's index" if you will, but that's about all you'll get to help you get around the site. Sometimes you don't even know what you're looking at exactly.
- Quality can be quite bad. It varies of course depending on the content, but a lot of the photo material just wasn't that impressive in terms of quality. I guess you take what you can find in a niche like this, but don't expect the highest of quality here.
- More info would help. As I said, sometimes you don't even know who or what you're looking at. A little background would be great for a site like this.
Conclusion:
The biggest thing here at Rugger Bugger is the unique content. Unfortunately the site is extremely plain. They could do so much more with what they've got here, but they definitely didn't go that direction. Thankfully the content here is different, so if it's something you're interested in, you just won't find the same stuff too many other places. It's a real mixed bag, but it (barely) gets the job done for what it is.
