"Carly is an amateur who does a lot of squirting but her site isn't cheap."
If you want to be successful in life it's always good to learn a trade, right? Carly's specialty is squirting which is a pretty unique niche for a solo amateur. I was a little concerned that she didn't have a section dedicated to her personal background but eventually I hunted it down on her discussion forum. A message board thread there includes her favorite things and a written bio. That's important for an amateur to have.

The Goods:

- Exclusive Squirting Content. Since there are so many amateurs out there it seems to me those who specialize in a micro-niche have an edge over those that don't. Carly's picture, video, and webcam collection revolve around her squirting ability. At the same time she includes lots of toy play, masturbation, and some boy/girl hardcore too. Squirting fans will like the number of scenes she devotes to making herself squirt.

- Webcam Show Video Archives. This is a huge item. So many amateurs take the easy way out when it comes to cam shows by simply linking to a cam network and announcing their show time. Carly has taken the big step of providing full downloadable files of past live shows right on her site. By doing this she practically doubles her own sites "video" content giving member's so much more to see. The site isn't all that large so this definitely helps with the quantity issue.

- High Res Pics. This surprised the hell out of me. When browsing a gallery and clicking on a thumbnail the initial pic is quite small but then clicking on that image brings up a big ol' sharp pic in a new browser window. Good stuff for a solo girl indeed.

The Bads:

- Zipped Video Files. All the movies are only in zip files. This is true for both the WMV and Real formats in which each video is offered (some older vids don't have the Real format). Personally I like to see vids that can both be streamed or downloaded. Maybe the issue is exacerbated since I'm writing a review and trying to sample snippets from a good number of the vids.

- Photo Gallery Navigation. The pictures portion of the site doesn't have the smoothest setup. This includes both the main picture page as well as the individual galleries. Finally, the fact that the hi-res pics open in a new browser window is kinda annoying as well. Actually the other two parts of the site, videos and webcams, are simple pages and much easier to browse.

- High Price. Carly is one of the pricier amateurs you'll find. While she is a specialty squirting amateur the size of the site makes it tough to justify such a high cost.

Continued growth is what I'll be looking for when it comes to follow-ups. The more content she's able to compile will make the value that much better.


1st Follow-Up Review Review: 11-03-06

Carly's site has a few changes to report on. In April '06 she made an improvement to the videos section by bumping up the quality level and offering both clips and full-movie files for each movie. It also appears she's totally dropped the zip format for the videos which is helpful. I also notice a "Bio" page with quite a long list of info about Carly. Last time I mentioned that I only found such info in the forum so I like the stand alone Bio page idea. On the negative side of things I no longer see the archived webcam videos that I raved about initially. The webcams section simply has a couple links to her cam network so I'm much less impressed at her cam content than I was last time around. This score has changed: Download +0.5.
