PublicFlash.com is a site for those of you who can't get enough of those exhibitionist girls that love to show off their stuff in public areas, taking the world by storm with no remorse for their eccentric behaviors and public indecency. This site promises "real girls, real locations, real pink!" You'll find these amateurs getting naked in parking lots, shops, churches, restaurants, movie theaters and more. Featuring a couple thousand images and a handful of videos, Public Flash is still a small site comparatively and, despite it giving it's member's access to 3 other sites as well as close 40 more 3rd party sites and video feeds, it charges a somewhat hefty price tag at $24.47 per month.
Upon entering the member's area, the first thing you'll find is a page loaded with advertisements as well as a listing of all the bonus sites and plug-ins that you gain access to by being a member here. After "continuing on to Public Flash", you are given a much more detailed page with information about not only the latest updates, but also the site "news" and "site features explained". New updates appear to be added about every 3-5 days or so, with new clips being added each time which means it might take a couple of weeks for any one models' full video to become available. The content can be broken down or browsed by pictures, movies, or flashers (models) and each is listed along with a preview picture, description, and rating (1-10 stars). It would be a nice feature if somehow they made it possible for users to browse by highest rated model/video/picture set, though I have to admit, it appears as though most girls fall under the "average" 5 star rating here. Actually, that must be a mistake, it appears as though everything on the site is stuck at the 5 star mark, I wonder what that is? In any case, without any special browsing features that allow you to get a little more specific with the content here, the site is still very nicely designed and mostly easy to browse. Unfortunately, I wish I could give the same positive ness about the quality of the images, none of which are larger than 640x480 pixels in size and sometimes appear rather pixilated. You will indeed, however, find these wild women getting naked on park benches, shopping malls, at the beach, and anywhere else that you can think of that is in a public arena. They flash their boobs, smack their ass, and even spread their pussy lips, but the fun ends there.
With any nude in public site, I'm usually not surprised by the lack in videos. Mostly because it really doesn't get all the much more interesting than what you'll see in the pictures, just some half naked girls walking around in public places. PublicFlash.com does things a little differently here, however, and currently houses about 11+ videos which are separated down into a series of clips. Your options are to stream or download in either high or low resolution (wmv or mov), with one of your download options being a fill-screen (640x480) wmv file (1000k). The videos go into a reality-like dialogue where the girls are offered around $100 bucks to flash in public, get a little naughty, all that fun stuff. This aspect adds an extra little spice to the videos and the camera chick adds even more excitement with her often witty and slap-stick commentary. Onlookers look on:), and each clip lasts roughly 5 minutes or so. Overall, they've done a very nice job with the videos here, quality and entertainment wise.
So like I said, so far there's not a ton of content here for the price, but there is enough to keep you busy for at least a while and plenty of bonus sites & feeds are here to keep you company on your downtime. The biggest surprise for me was that I enjoyed the videos more so than the images and it would do this site a lot of good if they would start adding larger, better quality images to match their great quality video downloads. I know Public Flash updates about twice per week or so, but only 1 single clip per update is certainly not enough to keep most busy for long and users might find themselves longing for a little more from the site. As far as the site design goes it's pretty good, offering some nice features and navigation options. A search feature would be nice, one that separates the content by rating, location, category, etc. I wish the site were a little cheaper, then I'd have no qualms about recommending it to all who have a taste for those naughty exhibitionists. I guess the $25 bucks or so isn't too bad considering you also get access to so much bonus material, it's at least worth a look.

When it comes to following up with sites it always seems like there's the good and then there's the bad. Often times the good outweighs the bad (which is nice) and also looks to be the case with this one, PublicFlash.com. First I am happy to see that the previous main members "page loaded with advertisements as well as a listing of all the bonus sites and plug-ins that you gain access to by being a member here", has now been done away with and upon entering your password you are now taken right smack to the heart of things. Based on the list of updates I notice that you can expect a new clip from a video added twice per week (6 clips per video), which means you basically only get roughly 1 complete video update per month and the image gallery area has seen no growth at all since our last visit. Since it's clear that Public Flash has no plans to become a fast growing site at this point, what would come as a slight disappointment has instead been outweighed by the fact that our lovely member's can gain access here for a new reduced price ($14.95), which is more than worth it for those of you keen on seeing sexy outgoing exhibitionists do crazy things in public places. However, since I do feel that my initial score was more than reasonable; my overall score here will likely stay the same.

It's been about a year and a half since our last look inside Public Flash and it looks like new video updates are still coming in rather slowly, with the total amount only increasing to about 65+. Clearly there is still just a small archive of content to check out and I certainly don't see that changing any time soon, if ever even. The good news is that video quality is up and looking quite nice, as are the images which are up to about 800x1200 pixels in size. There's some very nice quality content being produced here, just not often enough to satiate my perverted appetite, however, and the overall score might end up reflecting that, unfortunately. I do hope they can come around with a new updating schedule sometime in the future because I do like the exclusive, high quality public flashing content that's being offered here, there's just not enough of it even with this being our 3rd time back. Sure there’s a lot of bonus content and feeds to check out as well, but those definitely don’t serve the same kind of weight that exclusive site content does.
