Today we're going to be looking at hotties showing their stuff out in public. This site has a pretty cool domain for it, called PublicFlash.com, and is part of a network they call All Access Pass (although there's no site I could find associated with it). Come to find out after you check out the list of sites (which totals over 40) that there's only really three other sites of theirs you get access to. The rest are simply feeds and crap - not a good way to build trust here, lol. For about $25 a month (or a $3 trial), you can jump in right away.
After clicking through to the actual Public Flash site, you'll get to their very-simple member's page. The menu up top gets you where you need to go, with some news and other update info down below giving you the latest scoop. The only thing that confused me was their wording choices on the menu, with both a "Browse Pictures" and "Browse Flashers" link available. I thought the whole damn site was flashers? Evidently the pictures link lets you browse by the latest sets, while the flashers link lets you browse the actual models. I'm not sure why the named it the way they did.
The pictures are good, but not great. They only list six galleries per page, which makes scrolling through them a little annoying. Thankfully they do give you a thumb preview, along with a description and number of pics in the set. There's also a rating system, but all the ratings appear to be identical, and there's no place you can browse by ratings so what's the point? The pictures have an amateur feel to them, but are on the small side. Most pics I saw were around 640x480 somewhere. I have no clue if these are exclusive or not, but I wouldn't guess so.
In the movies section, there's only 11 shoots up right now. In total there are 75 clips up from these shoots, which are usually around five minutes each. They seem to be more recent additions, although there's no set schedule for getting them online. It's too bad there's not more, because they were pretty entertaining for me. There were some good download options available: a low- and medium-quality version of both Quicktime and Windows Media that streamed in your browser, as well as a high-quality download of WMV and MPG as well. The downloadable WMV was 640x480 and about 930kbps. They looked pretty damn good, especially for being flashing videos. Like I said, I wish they had a ton more of these as they were the best thing on the site.
Updates come twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays, although today's update isn't up (note: it wasn't even up by Wednesday at 3pm) - not sure what the deal is there. The latest updates are all video updates, which is good for people like me. $25 is a little high for this site I'd say, although you do get a couple other sites included with that. I'd the the site isn't quite as good, quality-wise, as Flash in Public, but it's a semi-close second. I'd like to see some better navigation, better-quality pictures, and a better update schedule that gives good exposure to both pics and vids. Also, 1,000 more videos would be great as well. Until then, it's decent if you're a fan, and worth a look.

While the pictures weren't great before, it would be nice if they still updated them - but that doesn't seem to happen much it seems. Thankfully the video side of the site is rocking still, with new stuff coming up pretty regularly (though they're broken up into too many clips/updates if you ask me). While it's still not huge, there's definitely more to see now.
The other good news is that we've secured a very nice price for you of $15 for the site, down from $25 that they used to charge. At 640x480 and 1300kbps, these have got to be some of the best-looking flashing videos you'll see out there. They even slip some hardcore into the site somehow. With the new price and still-fun videos, I think this site will get a small jump in score from me!

Things are looking okay around Public Flash, though pretty similar as the last time we were here. Quality took a bump up it seems, and things are looking decent in that respect. Growth hasn't been quite as quick as you'd expect, but they're up to 75 galleries and 65 videos which is better than the first time we were here. Part of that is some exclusive content they licensed from Nude in Public, which is some fun stuff. Overall, I'd still love to see more material here, and larger updates I guess (the frequency is good, but sometimes it takes a couple updates to get a full video up for instance). But the content looks good and the site is worth a look for sure, even if there are a few shortcomings.
Score increased from 76.1 to 79.0.
