Would you flash for cash? That is the question posed by PublicFlash.com to the hot babes they meet on the streets of California. They promise that all the girls on the site are 100% amateur and that the video is completely unscripted. They find these girls in malls, parks, grocery stores, schools, restaurants and just about everywhere else. After a brief conversation and the mention of a hundred bucks, the babe in question agrees to spend the day flashing around the city with them. Now whether or not the girls are "real" and not just planted for the scene is pretty irrelevant to me because the fact is that the scenes are very real and those bystanders have no idea what hit them and that to me is the most entertaining part of the whole site.
Though the tour was a decently attractive standard looking reality/amateur site, I was really surprised to log in to the member's area and find a very plainly designed page with several large upsell banners. This bait-and-switch design accompanied by the upsell attempts put a bad taste in my mouth. Thankfully I quickly found the link to "Continue to PublicFlash" where the design reverted back to a clean and simple looking paysite. I found that the initial log-in page is actually a network homepage from which members of PublicFlash can jump to the other network sites. I think there are better looking ways to accomplish this setup but I was relieved to see that the index page, as unattractive as it was, at least served some purpose.
PublicFlash is still a relatively young site, having only been open eight months, and because of this there are currently only eleven video episodes available. Each video is around 30 minutes long and is comprised of multiple five minute long clips. Two new clips are added each week. The video section is certainly on the small side but they do make up for quantity in quality and viewing options. Each video can be streamed and downloaded in low and high quality video. I highly recommend checking out the high quality wmv video. It plays at 937k and can easily be viewed at full-screen. The video is quite clear and very sharp. This kind of clear video is rare to find on a non-studio site but comes in handy to catch the shocked expressions of onlookers. Whether waiting for a bus with her skirt around her ankles or exposing her tits while riding a bike around college, these brave girls really push the limits! Keep in mind that this is PublicFlash not PublicSex so all the activities are purely softcore. The hardest it gets is a little pink spreading, but for flash fans the naked bods on the street should be enough.
There is a much larger collection of photos featuring the same photo theme but with different girls. The pictures were a bit on the small side at 620x427 but they are nice and clear and a good addition to the site. There are 40 models in this section and we are assured that all of this content is also exclusive. I couldn't tell how often this section is updated but the 4,000 photos should be enough to keep you busy between clip updates.
PublicFlash.com is off to a good start. I really enjoyed the high quality video and the no-holds-barred attitude of the girls makes for some entertaining scenes. I also think the price is fair at $25 a month, especially considering the amount of bonus content. There are a few things needing improvement, most notably the size of the video collection and that awful index page, but the size will improve with time and the index page can be ignored. All in all I think this site is worth checking out for those who enjoy public nudity and girls just behaving badly in public.

The first thing I noticed on our return visit to Public Flash was that they did away with the ad-ridden index page members were formerly subject to. Thank goodness! Since our initial review fourteen months ago, the site has seen some growth. The number of videos has increased from 11 to 25, though the photo collection looks about the same size. Basically that averages out to 1 new video each month. They still update several times a week with a new clip from within the video, but I've got to say I expected much more after so long.
The good news is that they've dramatically lowered their price! A monthly membership used to cost $25. Now it's $15! That's a big improvement, and much more reasonable for the small collection. I'm changing a few of my scores and bumping up the total a notch for the great new price. I wish the site grew a little faster but with exclusive content at this price it's tough to complain. Definitely worth a look for voyeur fans!

It's been a year and a half so it's definitely time for another look at Public Flash. Since our last review, there has been some growth. 65 videos are now online (up from 25), though the photo section looks about the same size. That's not quite the increase I was hoping for. Updates are coming, but often a single update will include only part of a complete movie so it takes a while for the full movie to be added. I think that is slowing them down. The good news is that video quality is up to 1500k now. These scenes look a lot sharper! The price is still nice and low at $15 a month, so all in all Public Flash is still a good join. I wish they would grow a little faster, but with the low price the collection does deserve a look.
Score increased from 76.7 to 78.0.
