Intro

Right off the bat POV Punx is interesting because it is a combination of the POV and Goth niches which isn't something you see every day. The site is from a company called Burning Angel which has a number of goth, fetish, and solo model sites and membership here includes access to them all. There isn't a dedicated network hub page however the bonus sites are linked to on the TBP site facts as well as on the guest tour. As for this site it features hardcore POV episodes where all the models fit the mold of tattooed, punk, and goth types.

The Pros

Exclusive Hardcore POV Episides, All Punk/Goth Models.

Exclusivity and originality stand out here as these are indeed POV style hardcore episodes with BJs, banging, and some girls do anal too. The models are an excellent group of punk and goth chicks in terms of their tattoos, piercings, hair color/styles, and overall style. They're a fun group who seem to have fun during their scenes. Most important is that they totally fit the style that you'd want to see from a site with this theme.

Full-Scene & Clip Video Files, WMV/QT Formats.

Movie options are consistent with full-scene WMV files and clips in two quality levels. QT format has clips and one level for the full-file. The quality is solid although not exceptional. Really the focus here is on the original content and the quality isn't as vital.

Other Good Stuff:

Episodes are date-stamped with update information showing when they were added to the site.
Picture galleries are available as secondary conent for most episodes with pretty nice quality pics.
The included network features additional content with site that have similar goth/punk/fetish models.

The Cons

Very Small Collection of Content, Not Many Episodes.

Generally speaking a site like this will trade exclusivity for quantity but POV Punx takes this to the extreme. There are only a handful of episodes, less than 20 in all. My expectations would be for these guys to have at least double that many shoots available.

No More Updates, Was Only Active for a Short Period of Time.

This goes hand-in-hand with the lack of quantity issue. It appears what we have here is a case of a network site being added to this company's repertoire and then them letting it get stale rather quickly. Updates only were added from spring thru fall of 2009 and it seems that from now on it'll just remain "as-is" with no further growth.

Minor Negatives:

Site navigation seems to slow down significantly when downloading.
Pictures open with a pop-up viewer and there are no image choices or zips.
The navigation of the included network is pretty basic and accessing the other sites requres login re-entry.

The other

Members can post feedback/comments on the episode pages. There are some items posted on a good number of the shoots.

Bottom Line

This network site has fun goth/punk models in POV shoots but only a very small collection of episodes.

I like POV Punx's concept and models and it seems to be a nice addition with this company's database of sites. I'm unsure why they gave up on the updates so quickly but as it stands the main positive is the exclusive content and the main drawback is the small number of shoots. Due to the size surfers should definitely look at this site as one part of the larger network since they'll need to take advantage of other sites to get their money's worth.
