Intro

Pornstar XS is a DVD download site offering up well over a thousand DVDs featuring hundreds of the top pornstars. They've got all your favorites plus plenty of up and coming babes that are sure to make it big. You can browse through the tour to get a feel for exactly which stars and studios you'll find inside and it seems just about every big player is well-represented on this large video site.

The Pros

Large collection of scenes.

They've got a really nice sized collection of content. There are over 3,885 DVDs online for a total of over 22,052 hours of movies. With this many movies available, there's a good chance you'll find your favorite star or favorite genre and much more here.

Good browse tools

They've got some really good navigational features. If you want to browse by star, you can do so alphabetically, by member favorites, or by type (milfs, natural tits, Latinas, etc). If you want to browse by scene, you can view the newest, the top rated, or view by niche. You can also browse by DVD and DVD series or studio if you so choose. There's also a keyword search. Pornstar XS makes navigating their large site very easy.

Other Good Stuff:

The price is nice and low! Membership is just $15 a month which is a good deal for this much content.
There are several options for viewing the scenes. You've got wmv in four quality settings, mpg, and mp4, in addition to their streaming option.

The Cons

Older scenes lack options, quality.

The older content doesnt offer all of the features of the newer material. Some of the scenes are lower quality, some play in only certain formats, and some lack the full-scene downloads. After enjoying all these features in the newer movies, it was disappointing not to find them on all the DVDs.

No recent updates.

It's been a month since any new DVDs were added and longer than since any new galleries were added. The schedule showed daily updates before then, so I'm not sure why they stopped so suddenly and dramatically.

Average quality video.

I was actually surprised that the videos weren't sharper. They come from professional DVDs, so that should mean there's at least a minimum quality level, but there were some that were quite blurry. Some of these movies might have been a bit old.

Minor Negatives:

Obviously, the content here is all non-exclusive. While access to your favorite DVDs and most popular movies is clearly the strength of Pornstar XS, the fact that these movies can be found elsewhere works against them. You won't find anything original here.
There are no zip downloads for the photo galleries.

Bottom Line

There's a lot to see here and the price is nice and low but no updates are coming and quality is average.

For the most part, Pornstar XS is a fairly average DVD download site. They've got a huge collection but the quality isn't as good as what we're seeing on similar sites. The navigation is solid and so are the video viewing options. Unfortunately, the recent lack of updates is a big problem. The price is low, so that helps, but overall it was a mixed bag that ends up being an average DVD site.
