1. Great idea!
2. Video quality is good (esp since they're older vids).
3. Updates are regular (if only weekly).
1. Can still use some growth.
2. Updates are slower than other vid sites.
3. Needs more options all around.

From time to time we get emails asking where you can find old-school porn flicks online. For a while, we didn't really know where to send them. Now, Pornstar Classics looks like a pretty good destination. A lot of us grew up watching older porn probably, so you can find some old favorites here to take a stroll down memory lane for masturbators. The site tour looks just like their member's area, and it looks like most any other video site in general. Their logo has a nice "classic" flair to it, but otherwise the site is pretty standard-looking. Membership is down to $20 a month if you're reading this and click through, which isn't a bad place to start.
The goods:
- Good idea for a site! Like I said, we've gotten a number of emails asking where you can find old porn movies like this. It's great to have a decent site setup to find these movies, and to have them available to perverts everywhere.
- Video quality is decent. Considering the movies are all at least 20 years old, they're doing okay in the quality department here. I guess the bad news is that they'll never really get better since they're stuck with the legacy material, but they do the best they can with this stuff.
The bads:
- Not a huge site still. Compared to most sites, it's quite large. Compared to other video sites, you only get 160 DVD's with your membership which could actually be seen as "small" in some people's eyes. Hopefully they keep growing as time goes on.
- Updates slower than other vid sites. You get a full DVD put up weekly, which isn't too bad of an update schedule at all in normal terms. However, most video sites out there are doing a DVD per day (or more) which they just aren't keeping up with.
- Needs more browsing options. The main menu here only offers a huge list of pornstars, which I guess is their preferred way of browsing the site. I wanted to see an easier way of finding a specific movie title in a list or something. Also helpful would be some content categories, perhaps a studio listing, and more. Also missing were any video options other than which quality version of their WMV video did you want.
Conclusion:
Overall, Pornstar Classics is a decent site for what they're offering. They get the job done with fun, old movies, decent quality, and regular (if slow) updates. It doesn't quite live up to the competition in terms of the extremely high-tech video sites out there with current porn, but maybe it doesn't have to. If you're looking for a trip down memory lane, or just love chicks with huge bush, I think it's worth of a look or two here for sure.
