Porn Access is an AVS network of video sites. There are a handful of companies with similar services nowadays. Surfers seem to like the idea of paying a flat fee for access to a whole bunch of sites offering DVD movies. Actually, I like this trend too since older style AVS services are overwhelmed with thousands of worthless sites with old rehashed pictures. Networks like Porn Access are taking AVS services in the right direction by focusing on movie content.
This network consists of 312 sites (referred to as "Zones" for some reason) with 3,443 movies. To clarify that number, they are counting each scene as one movie (scenes are about 15-20 mins on average). Based on those numbers each site in the network offers about 10 movies. Any way you look at it, members get access to a whole lot of video porn. Porn Access isn't selling anything exclusive, all their content comes from DVDs movies produced by porn movie studios. The movies are full of recognizable girls and movie fans are likely to run across familiar scenes. However, there's enough stuff here that most everyone will have plenty of new material to go through. The scenes come from so many studios (I count 55 on their list) and they range from very professional to amateurish. The performers include well-known pornstars all the way down to average looking broads you've never seen before.
The actual movies are single format, Windows Media player, both streaming and downloadable. They are downloadable in two sizes, Small (average size of 30-60MB) and Big (average size of 100-200MB). The streaming was a bit unorthodox (in a good way) since the entire file the entire file loads before it starts playing. Usually streaming vids play as they're still loading, but these guys seem to be using a Windows Media server which is a big positive. Quality is high as should be expected of DVD porn. Those Big download files certainly take a long time to download, but I found the streaming option to be a fine alternative.
Good design and navigation are important for networks such as this one. First, I like that once you login to the Porn Access, it isn't necessary to login to any other site in the network. Beyond that the navigation is average with the most useful tools being a search function (brings up fairly accurate results) and drop down boxes allowing you to browse by category, actor, or studio. They actually have a rather complete actor list to choose from, but you'll still have to sift through the actual sites to find her exact scene. Sites are organized into about 20 categories made up of popular niches like asian, blowjobs, busty, mature, teen, fetish, hardcore, etc. The vast majority is mainstream hardcore bj's, sex, and anal. About the wildest fetish sites offer stuff like BBW, BDSM, squirting, pregnant bisexuals, and tranny, although I doubt there enough content in any one of those fetishes to keep an enthusiast satisfied. Porn Access is targeted to an audience looking for mainstream hardcore action.
The individual sites in the network all have a similar layout but aren't exact cookie cutter replicas. Still they're all generally the same with a few pages of movies including some preview pics from each scene. The scenes themselves come with a description, length, studio, category, and a rating (5 point scale). Something not found are sites offering a ton of content. Instead, all have around 10 videos, which is probably the minimum required by the operators.
I did get the impression that Porn Access makes a good attempt to be user-friendly. In addition to content updates a Recent News section highlights changes to the network. Also their FAQ's provide useful cancellation info, membership info, and technical help. While there are some better sources for hardcore videos, Porn Access gives members their money's worth with a lot of DVD porn.

It's always exciting when good sites continue to improve. When we first reviewed Porn Access it was already an excellent source for movies. Now they've made things more user-friendly with a newly designed member's area. The key change is that it's no longer necessary to jump between individual sites to see the movies, all of them can be browsed, accessed, viewed, and downloaded though the central PornAccess.com member's pages. Basically it is set up so surfers can browse the content as an AVS network or as one big movie paysite. Even though the guest tour is still focused on browsing by sites, remember the member's area doesn't require you to browse the content in that manner if you don't like the AVS format.
The amount of content has grown with the total amount of movies reaching about 4,500. That's a large number for a paysite although in the AVS world it's still in the upper-middle range when it comes to quantity. In my opinion Porn Access is one of the better sites to join for high quality movies. Even though they're not exclusive, it's still a got a ton of hardcore vids to download without any restrictions. Actually they even have a feature that estimates download length in minutes based on your connection speed. Finally, note exclusive bargain price they've set up for TBP users, that's very cool.

It's been a couple years since we've taken a look at Porn Access. The foundation of the site in terms of it being a source of movie downloads hasn't changed. The AVS system is still in place along side the ability to browse the movies as a single collection by DVD title, niche, studio, series, or pornstar. Actual video updates are now clearly laid out on the main member's page and they are adding lots of movies every week with near daily updates. The total number of videos (i.e. scenes) is over 10k with around 2k full DVDs. That being said there is still room for growth in some of the niches namely Amateur, Blowjobs, Handjob, Orgy, and Solo. The best thing about Porn Access remains the big database of downloadable movies. Their navigation and vid options aren't cutting edge but it's still a respectable source for movies targeted at a mainstream hardcore audience.
