Clearly Playboy's Fresh Faces has one thing going in its favor right away in that it involves the Playboy name. That gives it credibility right off the bat with most people. Taking a few minutes to browse the guest tour will show you exactly the type of girls and content offered to members. The tour layout is the same as the member's page and there are a bunch of video trailers for guests.
The Goods:
- Sexy Playboy Girls in Glamour Shoots. Not surprisingly the fresh faces found here are all hot and sexy babes. The shoots involve a lot of outdoor locals and some props like a fire hose, hot tub, books, chairs, etc. Basically it's the type of style you'd expect from a glamour shoot from Playboy.
- Some Models Have Interview Videos. The glamour shoots are the main focus of the content with each model having one or two there are also a good number who also have interview videos. Sometimes they're just chatting with the camera person or others have them with another hot model doing the interview. These add some more depth and variety to the site.
- Bonus Sites w/ Similar Material. Fresh Faces is one of a handful of Playboy sites that you get access to when signing up here. The other sites have shoots like those found here with more sexy babes. In fact when logging in thru the member's link the first page that comes up is the network hub. From there you can access Fresh Faces or any of the sites.
The Bads:
- Short Videos, Avg Viewing Options. While the number of models is respectable the length of the videos is only a few minutes each on average which makes the site seem somewhat small. With this type of length it would behoove them to either increase the number of shoots per model or add more interview movies. Also the vids initially stream in-browser and from there it's possible to download them. A download link without having to start the stream would be nice.
- Many Small Photo Galleries. This is surprising since we're dealing with Playboy and they have taken the time to compile photo galleries for the models. Yes, the videos are the main focus here but bulking up the picture galleries couldn't hurt.
- Avg Update Info & Pace. The individual models or content isn't dated. Instead there is an update log which lists the additions to all the networked sites. The update pace here is inconsistent with some gaps.
Conclusion:
Fresh Faces delivers on the Playboy style content and hot models as is to be expected from this company. Since the membership includes the handful of sites it's probably a good idea to check out all the included sites to see all of what is included. Basically I like the foundation and would just like to see more in terms of longer and more varied movies along with faster updates.

The foundation of Playboy's Fresh Faces has held steady however some tinkering has gone on that makes the site a better experience. First of the continued growth has brought the total number of models to a very nice number and the site does fine on its own even though it continues to be part of the larger network of Playboy niche sites. All the more recent models include the glamour video and picture gallery along with the separate interview video. Some of the older shoots didn't have the interview segment so it's noteworthy that that's now part of each model. There is also a clear distinction on the video quality/options with the newer episodes having pretty high-res downloadable WMV files along with a lower option. The older stuff has a bit lower MPEG movies that are okay although not as impressive as what they've changed over to. My overall analysis continues to be that Fresh Faces is a straightforward softcore/glamour collection that fits with what is to be expected from Playboy.
Score increased from 77.5 to 79.0.
