PROS:

Playboy Live VIP is a live cam show website with picture and video archives available to members. The key part of the title is the "VIP" since there is a sister site called Playboy Live which focuses just on the live show angle. The idea here is members pay for a monthly VIP membership which brings access to the archived material plus other benefits like free group chat.

The Goods:

- Good Live Show & Archives Concept. Some other live cam show sites do have archives but Playboy Live VIP makes it a centerpiece of the site. Separate content sections are available for browsing the photo galleries and more importantly the video archives. These past shows are categorized by niche and each posting lists the date, length, and file size.

- Easy to Use Cam Interface. As far as the live show part of the site goes the chat/video system is straightforward and pretty standard for this type of content. VIP membership provides the free group chat and from there the private pay-per-minute shows can be purchased.

- Many Daily Archive Updates. This is a key part of the site and I'm impressed with the updates that are offered. Anywhere from 4-5+ past shows are put into the archives each day. It's a sizable collection that should continue to grow at a nice pace so long as they keep this up.

The Bads:

- Monthly & PPV Price Adds Up. While the blending of live shows and archived content is notable it's also a setup that can cost a lot in a short period of time. The monthly $29.95/mo VIP membership isn't cheap and that's then on top of that you'll have to pay for private shows on a per minute basis.

- Mostly Just Solo Girl Performers. Playboy Live VIP seems to have less variety that what I'm used to on other cam sites. I saw a girl/girl show online while reviewing but browsing the other live girls and archives shows little variety. Things revolve around solo girl play and toys. Since this is an archive site it'd be way better if there were more girl/girl and stuff like guy/girl and fetish stuff too. The lack of variety really jumped out at me.

Conclusion:

One area I haven’t mentioned yet is the number of performers online. It seems to be pretty average with at least few dozen live girls online at any given time. The archive aspect of the site does help to make the site larger in terms of overall content. Overall this is a pretty good live cam show site with a full archive component built in so long as you step up and pay for it.
