Planet of Shemales is up for review today, and surprise, surprise, it's both a hardcore and softcore shemale site from what I'm seeing. The tour shows an even mix pretty much, while it seems like the member's area leans a little more towards hardcore shoots. These "dick girls" don't come cheap though, as the membership will set you back $35 a month. Hopefully it's worth it for exclusive tranny content that seems to update almost daily.
The goods:
- Decent-sized site. So many times you get into a site, only to find just 14 scenes available and no real updates. Thankfully that's not the case here at all, with over 300 photo galleries and over 100 videos up right now. Plus, updates come often, so they're growing fast.
- Updates come almost daily. It doesn't look like there's any set schedule, but something new is put up almost every day. It could be a new video, a new photoset, or one part of either, but at least they're growing quickly.
- Exclusive tranny content. As far as I can tell, the content is exclusive here, and it's definitely all tranny material.
- Quality can be good. The HD videos are a great example, as they have four pages worth of those available. Pictures look decent too usually, and the non-HD videos are at least average for that we see today.
The bads:
- Navigation could be a bit better. As they grow, this will get even more cumbersome I'd think. One example would be all the different links to view the videos: HD videos, hardcore movies, elite movies. What's the difference exactly? HD is obvious, but the hardcore link contains both hardcore and softcore, and the elite movies link goes to another site altogether. Better grouping, and possibly a search feature would help most.
- Expensive. $35 a month is a lot to spend for most any site, even if it's a large, exclusive tranny site that updates daily. At least you get a lot for the high membership price, but that doesn't change how expensive it is.
Conclusion:
I'd say Planet of Shemales is doing a pretty good job here overall. They offer a decent amount of content, daily updates, and exclusive niche content here. The HD videos are a nice bonus. The only real downside is the high price and just so-so navigation, but they're not deal killers. Hopefully they continue with the updates and growth here as it should be a nice resource in the long term.
