Panty Maniacs is a well rounded panty site. If you take a look at the site fact on the TBP listing it's easy to see they've got a good sized collection of both photo galleries and videos. On the free tour I highly suggest checking out the "Models" page which gives a thumbnail sample for each girl. If you like the girls and are into panties then this site will likely be appealing. One thing I noticed right away in the member's area is that the model directory in there doesn't have preview pics like it does on the guest tour. Instead it's just the text names of the girls. Maybe it's a small point but I found that to be a bit of a navigation annoyance.
Personally, I think this is a fun collection of girls. I do recognize some from the company's sister site Panty Amateur which we've also reviewed. The bottom line is the models are a bunch of sexy chicks that look great in their panties and they're European too which makes for some fun foreign accents for the ones who speak during their videos. The content doesn't wander at all, each photo gallery and video revolves around a chick (sometimes chicks) stripping and showing off their panties. That the content stays focused on that is great for the most part. The downside would be that it doesn't go any further than that with things like toy play or hardcore. Stuff like that would make the collection that much more fun. Right now it's just steady as she goes with straightforward softcore.
As far as content quality goes I'm more impressed by the quality level of the videos than the pictures mostly because of consistency. The pics range in size from around 683x1024 to 800x600 although they do vary from set to set. The videos on the other hand are pretty much high quality across the board. If I had to pick one or the other I'd go with better quality videos too. It's just a bit strange since sites usually have this reversed; quite often I'll see a site have nice pictures with average looking vids.
A "What's New" page lists the last 9 updates and going by that it seems like they're adding a new photo set or video each day. Dates on the rest of the content are a bit sporadic so it's tough to get a read on how updates have gone over the long term. The price is decent at $19.95/mo and overall Panty Maniacs is a sound entry in the panty niche.

Panty Maniacs earned a solid review score when we first looked at it a few years back. The content foundation remains in place with sexy British models in softcore panty/stripping content. The total number of models is well into the hundreds and both the total amount of pictures and videos are impressive with several years of archives now in the database. The updates look good with a current pace of one item per day alternating between pictures and videos.
The pictures have reached high-res quality now by TBP standards and zip files are available for downloading. The specs on the newer videos are also nice with WMV, MPEG, and iPod download and stream options. That being said, it’s worth noting that the older material does feature lower quality pics/vids so things do vary as you go back into the archives. One specific improvement I see is the fully developed model index with preview pictures which is a useful tool. They have each girl’s galleries and videos linked through from that with date-added info on each. With so much content these guys should step up the categorization and navigation tools. They really need some filters since things are a bit unwieldy in both the model index and video sections. Also be aware there is a download limit (although it is pretty liberal) and the monthly price is now $24.95.
