I would consider little tykes to be panty amateurs, since they're just getting out of their diapers and not quite used to wearing regular panties yet. When I hit Panty Amateur up, thankfully there were hot chicks 18+ wearing panties in a sexy fashion, and no poopy messes anywhere to be seen. What's more, they say they're a movie site with a focus on British women. Perhaps they should become British Panty Amateurs in Full-Motion Video. Maybe that domain is already taken or something though.
Unfortunately the site looks like any other generic paysite out there in terms of design. It looks good, but nothing really excites me here. It costs $25 a month to be a member, which isn't awful, but there's no network access which isn't the norm these days. Once inside, you can either browse by model (of which they have 12 listed... that's small!), or just view all their movies. That last one looks much better as they add a new video every day, which is awesome!
Videos come in one format and quality only. They choose MPG as their format, which isn't too bad in my opinion. They come in a bit smaller than you'd expect for an all-video site at 352x288, but they are encoded at over 2,000kbps! This allows you to blow them up pretty nice (even full-screen at 1600x1200 was doable). Quality is pretty good here, better than a lot of site's videos these days, but they have to be since that's all they have. I wouldn't mind seeing more video options available, but like I said the one they do offer is a good all-around choice.
Most scenes are pretty softcore, with some panties showing obviously, and stripping being about the most fun. Don't expect much masturbation, and definitely don't expect any friends to join in the fun. This one is ultra-softcore, geared toward the teasing niche I suppose.
For extras, there's not much really. They have a forum up, but it's not incredibly busy. It's a newer site, which is obvious when you look at the video count (a bit over 100 for now, even with daily updates). It should grow quickly here if they keep it up, which will definitely help things along. For now, it's still a good site for panty/teasing fans, especially with all the updates.
