Intro

This site looks fun; Paintoy.com is the home of some "real BDSM spanking". All real and all "homegrown", what you'll find here is tons of "BDSM-spanking, caning, whipping, flogging and pain filled fun with young women". An amateur site full of amateur girls taking it painfully raw and extreme, with real "welts, tears, screams and bruises...This is no light fetish or leather and latex dress up. It's real people doing real pain play with some very sexy girls." Updates can be expected twice weekly and so far there are over 882 video clips (some are parts to a whole) here and over 80,500 images of real fetish fun. The price of admission is a set $24.95 bucks per month.

The Pros

Extreme BDSM Content.

One thing is clear right away; these aren't your glamour models/girls, these are real amateur girls with a preference for pain (I'm assuming). The content here is as amateur as the site design but it really does contribute to the "homegrown" feel of things here if that's what you're into. This site is definitely for those of you who really enjoy getting off to seeing girls tied up and tortured, nipple clamps, boobs squeezed between ropes, chains, wrenches, whipping, etc. This is extreme, to the point where welts are more than likely visible for days on some of these girls and the intensity of the feelings is apparent in their faces.

Updates Often.

Even since our initial review of Paintoy.com back in 2004 twice weekly updates have been the norm. This has resulted in more than 882 video clips (some are parts to 1 whole) and 80,500 images. That's just a lot of content and users should always have something new to check out each week.

Other Good Stuff:

A model index with bios lists the girls in alphabetical order. Look under the Paintoys section of the site for this listing. Content categories is an alternate way to browse the content here, too.
A blog is offered and gives users a something little extra to check out.
ZIPs are offered for the image sets.

The Cons

Quality Varies & Could be Better Overall.

Even the newest videos only offer bitrate speeds of around 1000k. That's far below the quality we're used to seeing from paysites these days. Image sizing ranges, and although the newest ones are looking better, the farther back into the archives you go the worse it gets. Oldest videos can offer bitrates as low as 335k (368x240). For the future, I'd love to see them switch gears and go HD.

Site Design Could be Better.

The overall design aesthetics here are extremely amateur & rough around the edges. While there are some nice browse tools that work including a model index, the actual content is listed on a number of pages with no easy way to jump around through them.

Minor Negatives:

Many videos are broken down into smaller clips without the option for a full-length file download. It should be noted that the video count is for all clips whether they are a part of the full or not.
Not enough download options for video clips. A Flash stream would be easier and more preferred. Users must enter in their user and pw to view the videos.

Bottom Line

A real hit for those of you who like a little pain with your pleasure!

Obviously the kind of content here isn't for everyone but for you BDSM and fetish extremists, I think you'll get a kick out of it. It's real and it's real hardcore, though, while some toy play is involved you're not likely to find much sex in most sets. I think what I like most here is the reality of the content, the torture, the pain and the quality of the images! It'd be nice to see some higher quality, full-length download options added for the videos, but overall this site should be a real hit for those of you who like a little pain with your pleasure!
