Only Tease is up for review today, and it's always a favorite of ours here at TBP. In case you haven't heard of them before, they offer up a little different style of content than you normally see out there. They focus on the tease, and have a nice niche going full of costumes, lingerie, outfits, and even pajamas covering these girls up at times. They leave a little to the imagination, and I don't know if you ever see 100% nudity here ever. Sure, there are lots of boobs and butts (and they look great), but there's always something sexy on to keep it interesting. Solo sets rule the day here, and they've always focused on high quality as well. Membership is $25 a month, which isn't too bad considering how much content they've amassed here over the years.
The Pros
Pretty large site.
Their archives go back to 2002, and they've been faithfully updating since then to bring you as much content as possible. There are over 808,000 photos up, and almost 1,650 videos up according to their tour. This is all exclusive material, and all falling into their teasing/sexy niche they have going, which is impressive.
Quality is pretty good overall.
I hesitate to say awesome here, as I think a lot of the internet is starting to catch up, but you can't really fault them much. The large pictures look great, and they're usually well-lit and planned out. The new HD videos look good too of course.
Several daily updates.
Each day, a few new things are added, which keeps the site growing pretty well. Videos look like they're added twice a week (and sometimes three times), while new photosets are added 3-4 times per day. That's a lot of new stuff!
Other Good Stuff:
There are a few nice options around. The search is nice to have, plus the custom zip files and image sizes are good.
It's nice to see a site offer different content than the norm. A little teasing and creativity go a long way here.
The Cons
There's a little room for even better quality.
Granted, their stuff looks pretty great all around here. However, I think there's a little room at the top to make it even better. As good as the HD video is, I've seen better. The pictures are large, but could be larger, and could be sharper at times (see below). I'm nitpicking here, but with their attention to quality over the years, I think they have it in them to do even better here.
Could use more high-definition videos.
Since they've always been a site focused on the quality of the content, I was a little surprised to see that some videos still come out that aren't in HD. I understand the need to transition over, but we're almost into 2010 soon, and I think the proportion is off for them right now.
Minor Negatives:
As good as their quality is, I ran into a few images that were slightly out of focus at times. It can happen to anyone, but I'd love for these pictures to be canned before they hit the site considering their attention to detail here.
The video options are inconsistent. Some come in AVI only, plus streaming. Others come in WMV, plus an iPod version, plus streaming. Why not offer all options all the time?
The streaming player isn't very good here. Even the HD versions are highly compressed, and you can't jump around at all until the video is fully downloaded. That means if you've downloaded half of the video, you can't even jump ahead that far.
There are several banner ads in the member's area. Granted, they're for their own sites they run, but they still get in the way a little.
Bottom Line
Only Tease is a very good site overall.
Though not perfect, I'd call the site "very good" all around here, as they do everything very well. The content should lure you in first, as that's what's most unique here. The quality is good, the updates are great, the site is pretty good, and there's just a ton to see. There are a few areas I'd love to see upgraded, even a little, but I won't rehash those here. The girls are sexy, the outfits are unique, and it's a breath of fresh air compared to the majority of what we see in day in and day out.
