Nylon Taboo's tour has a bit of information on the guest tour with some picture samples and video trailer. You can get a pretty good feel of the models and style of content. This company actually operations other sites like Uniform Taboo and Teen Taboo and network access is offered although at a higher price than just access to Nylon Taboo. Nylons is certainly a very specific fetish and as far as this site goes these guys do stay completely on track as far as featuring only nylon related shoots.
The Goods:
- Nylon Fetishes, Softcore & Hardcore. The member's area revolves around a navigation header broken down by these categories: Pantyhose, Stockings, Thigh-Highs, Knee-Highs, Bodystockings, Encassement, and Nylon Sex. The material is a mix of all types of action including solo girl, boy/girl hardcore, and girl/girl shoots. Solo girl stripping and posing in sexy stockings/nylons make up the preponderance of the content.
- Nice Quality Pics, Vids in Clips & Full-Files. These are the two items on the content that stood out to me as positives. The pictures initially open with a small sized pic and clicking on that brings up larger and sharper image. The specs on these is a mix of those that are high-resolution by TBP's content standards and others that fall just short of that level. I'd say image quality is a main strength of Nylon Taboo although they could cut out that small sized intermediary pic for easier viewing. The videos are in WMV format and are available in both full-movie files and smaller clip segments.
- Update Info on Galleries, Vid File Size Details. All of the picture galleries have the update info stamped on it plus they have brief written description and the number of images. While the videos don't show update specifics they do have the file size info in MB for the full-files and clips.
The Bads:
- Some Empty Content Categories. This is the biggest negative since it makes the site feel unfinished. A couple of the main navigation categories (bodystockings & encassement) have no pics or vids at all. Other sections have no videos or only a very small number of galleries. The overall amount of content is on the small side especially considering they have archive dates going back to 2006.
- Not Many Videos, Average Quality WMV. This goes hand-in-hand with my previous point about the overall content collection. The total number of movies is very small so the member's area is dominated by picture galleries. The quality on the WMV files is just average and could be improved.
- Design/Navigation are a Bit Rough. There isn't any way to view all the sites videos and while the main content categories make sense the empty content categories are annoying when you click on them. I also notice that there haven't been any update logs for the few weeks leading up to this review. They had been consistent so it's not clear what's going on.
Conclusion:
Nylon Taboo does have a collection of nylon/stocking content that includes a mixture of solo and hardcore action. The sub-categories of pantyhose, stockings, thigh-highs, nylons, etc. make sense for this fetish. The picture quality is the most notable positive. The site is held back by things that are totally within their control especially the number of movies and empty sub-categories. In the future it'll be interesting to see how the site evolves and if they address these issues.
