No Fauxxx is a sex-positive, pansexual alternative porn site with cute pin-up girls, hot boys, chubby chicks, gorgeous BBW babes, steaming hot couples, punk, goth, hippy, natural, pierced, tatooed, shaved and unshaven models, sexy transgender/transexxual models (FTM & MTF), erotica, straight, gay, lesbian, and bi-sexual models, black models, asian models, soft-core, hard-core, and realistic SM and bondage. We only publish exclusive, original, smart, and artisitic content, and there's something for everybody. (taken directly from http://www.nofauxxx.com/; note: the misspellings are not my own:).
Wow! There really is something here for everybody; talk about being universally friendly, this site takes the cake! Or so you think, they also claim that their models are "too hot to airbrush" and "too perfect for plastic surgery", but I'll be the judge of that:). Actually, most of their models aren't just very natural in their look, but also somewhat "alternative" in their style. Here you'll find tattoos, piercings, short hair, colored hair, and all sorts of crazy styles, shapes and sizes from both boys and girls. So far they've got about 29+ models featured on the site, with quite a mix of boys, girls, and even a few "genderqueer's". This is definitely not a porn site for those of you who are extremely "straight" and "narrow". So what do you know? I guess this isn't a porn site for everyone! All in all, No Fauxxx (fakes) is a site that breaks the mold, offers unique content, and only costs $10 bucks per month.
The site is about a year old now (Feb 2003) and so far there are only a handful of models (29+) and about 2,000+ images. That's not a whole lot of content as yet but the site represents itself in a very clever manner and updates can be expected about once per week. There are a number of ways in which one could browse this site but the easiest is probably by model, which are listed in alphabetical order along with a preview thumb. All photos are listed in their own section in chronological order along with a preview thumb and 2 words to describe it (e.g. "trouble : hers" or "anna : mermaid"). The content here is in fact quite unique and the realm of possibilities is endless when it comes to the artistic integrity. I noticed quite a bit of inconsistency, however, between galleries in their image sizing and quality. One might even think that these are model submissions to the site. Although none of the galleries contain poor quality images, the size does tend to be on the smaller side, usually 560x390 pixels and up but usually no larger than 800x600. While there's not a whole lot of "sex" going on here, per say, there are quite a few sets that "explore" sexual type acts on many different levels, whether it be girl-girl, girl-boy, boy-boy, genderbender-boy, etc., but more on an erotic, sensual, artistically teasing level.
While the content here is definitely interesting to look at, I wouldn't say that these are the type of photosets that would normally get me "excited". There are a lot of off-the-wall types of things going on, but I guess it's just not perverse in the way in which I "like it". Though, what might not "do it" for me might tickly your whistle, you never know. No Fauxxx uses a basic script for viewing the galleries, and while it's by no means difficult to view them, it's probably not optimal either. A video section should be coming soon, but then again, the "coming soon" message hasn't been changed since the first of the year. Though, there are a couple extras here like a couple of model journals, candid shots, erotica, member bios, and more, as well as a member forum and a store. All in all, the site appears to still be in beginning stages even though it's already been open for a year or so. The content will definitely appeal to a certain group of people, but I wouldn't go as far to say that "there's something for everybody". If you're into alternative trends, fashions, and sexual connotations, check it out. This is definitely a site that strives to creative a community and does so effectively; plus it's cheap!

Looking back, what I liked most about this site last time was the content itself and the unique artistic quality that was present, although, the actual image size didn't let it shine as much as I would have liked. Well now I am happy to say that newly added picture galleries contain images as large as 1100x1300, though it does appear as updates themselves have slowed down a little bit.
Also disappointing last time was the non-existence of videos. Well it's nice to say that they've at least got a little something started here as there are now 3+ videos to check out, although, the way in which they are presented sets members up for yet another disappointment; the videos here are in flash format (which I have an adversity to) and subsequently are not available for download or any other viewing option for that matter. While the quality is good, it would be nice to be able to "take these home", if you know what I mean.
Overall its 2 steps forward 1 step back if you ask me and my score should suggest the same; I would still like to see this site grow but you can’t complain too much over the price.

Sometimes it's funny to go back and read past reviews. Leave it to me to say that I have an adversity to flash video formats, and now they're everywhere! There is some positive aspects that come from flash videos, but I think what I meant to say here is that if they're the only format being offered, well, then you can't download them. But I digress, it's been a whole 3 years since our last look inside the No Fauxxx member’s area and it looks as though they're not even offering the flash formats for the videos anymore. Videos can now be viewed with your QuickTime player and the number has only gone up to 11+ from last time when there were only 3. That's not quite the type of increase I like to see for a site, but it is something. However, image size appears to have reverted back somewhat, and some are only as large as 800x600 pixels. The lack of a fluid site design is also painfully apparent this time around. It seems as though No Fauxxx hasn't been successful at keeping up with the times. That's not to say that this isn't still a unique site, but it's one that could definitely use a little more love & design to go with its personality. Pricing is up to about $14 bucks per month and unfortunately it looks as though the overall score might take a hit this time. No Fauxxx can now be seen on MySpace, so maybe you're better off starting there before you take the plunge and join.
