BookwormBitches.com is a reality site featuring college coeds who will do anything to bring their grades up. That's right, anything. Thankfully they have an understanding professor who is willing to help them out. It's a fairly well-executed scenario, complete with an arrogant professor and flighty students who sit with their legs open and twirl their hair constantly. Oh, and they all wear glasses. Apparently you're not a coed if you don't wear glasses.
There is no clear update schedule but from what I can tell a new episode is posted about once a week. There are currently 25 episodes available. Each one comes with video and 50 vidcaps. The videos can be viewed in short clips or as one long file and there are a few format and speed options. Quality varies quite a bit between speed choices. The DSL videos were quite clear and could be viewed at full screen. The 56k videos were tiny and blurry. Don't even bother with this option, it's just not worth it. They all follow roughly the same plot. The student is failing/cheated/complaining about grades and needs some help. The professor expounds on the value of a good education and tells the girl she needs to party less. She insists there must be something she can do to bring her grade up. He suggests she unbutton her blouse and then the real "education" begins. The videos all feature guy-girl hardcore with a couple girl-girl clips thrown in. Everything is very amateur, from the video production to the students. Only four of the episodes have actual high resolution pictures to go with them, the rest are all video captures. This is always a disppointment with the reality sites. I can't imagine it's that difficult to snap some actual pictures to go with the video so why take the lazy way out with vidcaps? This goes for almost all reality sites.
Membership to BookwormBitches.com includes access to 5 other websites, including SoCalCoeds.com. This is certainly the saving grace of the website. Each of the bonus sites feature similarly styled reality videos and pictures covering a few interesting fetishes like NastyCops, who will let you out of a ticket for some roadside hanky panky, and DirtyLatinaMaids, who don't mind cleaning your house in a thong. Each site is on the small side so it's a good move on their part to include access to all of them for one price.
BookwormBitches.com could be a lot better with a few changes. The concept of the site is certainly fun, the content is all exclusive and I did enjoy the large DSL movies. However, the two main problems I had with the site were the vidcaps instead of pictures and the low volume of content. I was disappointed to only find 25 videos currently available. However, from what I've read on their member's forum updates are due to be increased in 2004 so hopefully this site will grow to a more respectable size. I recommend signing up for the trial to get a feel for this site if you're interested, but keep in mind the trial provides limited content access.

Bookworm Bitches biggest weakness was, I felt, the low number of episodes available at our last visit. Since then, however, they've more than doubled the total number offered to 57, a much more respectable tally for a quality reality website. That pretty much seems to be the only real change here. A few of the latest episodes offer actual digital photos with the video (instead of just vidcaps) but they're added inconsistantly so I wouldn't count on seeing too many of them. Overall I'm pleased to see how much the site has grown. I'm adjusting a few points on my score to reflect this growth. There is still room for improvement but they're moving in the right direction.

What a difference a year and a half makes. The total number of episodes is now up at 130 from 57 at our last visit. They've been very consistant with the weekly updates and now have themselves a great sized collection of original content. I mentioned in my last follow-up that they were beginning to add actual digital photos along with the vidcaps and the latest 34 episodes have consistantly had them available so it looks like that will be a permanent feature. The Naughty America network of which Naughty Bookworms is a part of has also grown and now includes 9 sites, up from 5. This is a highly entertaining network and really adds to the value of this site. It's good to see them continue to grow and evolve. Once again I'm raising my score for the very welcome changes.
