Nakedby fits the mold of a glamour/softcore/photography site. The site setup and content style is in-line with what I expect from a site of this kind. This is a pretty competitive niche and Nakedby has got its start in 2006 so it's relatively new on the scene. It is headquartered in France which is different from what I see from most sites.
The Goods:
- Exclusive Collection of Sexy Models. This is the essence of Nakedby. They have professional style photography of girls stripping and posing in a variety of outfits and locations. As a softcore glamour site the background and clothes are what keep the shoots different from one another.
- High Quality Pics & Zip Files. Photography sites of this kind should always offer hi-resolution pics and Nakedby delivers in that area. Each picture can be viewed in three resolutions with the highest being very impressive, large, and sharp. Zip files are available for downloading too.
- DivX, WMV, & QT Video Formats. Each video is offered as full-movie files. I like that they have three formats for each all of which are relatively close in quality. The also post a video summary, some preview pics, and movie length in minutes.
- Update Archive & Model Index. These are the two basic ways to browse the site. All content is dated and monthly/yearly archives can be easily navigated. There is also an alphabetical model index which provides a second way to jump around the site.
The Bads:
- Video Section Could Be Bulked Up. The videos section serves more of a supporting role as the picture galleries are the focus here. Since the site is fairly young it'll take some time for the number of movies to build into a large collection. In fact, this is a smallish site overall when compared to many of its competitors.
- Zips are Medium Quality Pics. Pictures are offered in zips for downloading only in the medium quality level. Since pictures are the focus I think it would be nice if they had the high-res available as well.
Conclusion:
The update pace is one area I haven't addressed yet. One new photo gallery is added every other day. The videos are more sporadic with some gaps in there. At the best they tend to get movies online 4 to 5 days apart. Nakedby's best asset is the high quality exclusive content while the average amount of material is what needs to be improved. Hopefully time and continued updates will help resolve that issue.
