MurderLily.com isn't just a site with an interesting name; it's a site with an interesting concept; all alternative, all the time. This sexy alternative, modern "pin-up" girls are inked, pierced and full of spice; punk girls, rockabilly, gothic, amateurs, models, self-pics and even a few porn stars. $19.95 per month gives users access to the current 81+ image galleries and 11+ videos, as well as a member’s forum, blogs and plenty of extras. 52+ models offer a good range in variety, and since this site is all about personality, I'd say these girls deliver.
The Good:
- Exclusive alternative content featuring sexy amateurs with alternative looks/lifestyles. But not all of the girls here are covered head to toe in tattoos with jet black hair, you will also find the occasional sexy blonde, luscious pinup girls and fetish models, and amateurs. A Blog is also offered, but I hope to see more entries and actual words in it next time.
- Model index with tons of bio information and interviews. This adds some major personality and content to the site. I enjoyed going through the 52+ models and checking out a few of their bio pages. Some girls offer more information than others, but overall I'm glad that they offered this.
- Updates are added every 1-6+ days. There is no clear schedule, but they are dated and no major lulls in updates have been spotted.
- Image quality & color/sharpness looks great. Videos are pretty good too, with streams up to 1200k. Multiple other formats are also offered: MPEG, Flash, etc., as well as options for quality.
- Content categories offer an additional option for browsing the content: Alt Girls, Hair Color, Fetishes, Quality, Rating, and Body Types.
The Bad:
- Images look good, but I they're not large enough! 3 size formats are offered, the largest of which barely passing for high-res status.
- Small site. It's good to see the archive is growing steadily, but lack of video content does hurt some.
The Conclusion:
It's not very often we get to see "alternative" girl sites, and I almost always enjoy them so Murder Lily was somewhat of a treat for me. Easy areas to improve on would be by offering even better quality videos & more of them! Most images look nice, although the quality does range some, but a larger image format would be super! Super duper in fact. I love the organization and model information, but I wish they'd take the time to offer more content info & descriptions. Overall a nicely done amateur/alternative site that could still use some time for growth, but interested users likely will be pleased with what the current archive has to offer.
