Intro

The Muffia is home to currently 11 hardcore sites including Happy Tugs, Molly's Life, Cum Fu, and more. Brought to you by the same people behind Reality Kings, Muffia promises full digital HD, more than 360 total episodes but only updates about one to two times per week. A reduced price for our users means a membership here will set you back less than $18 bucks per month but considering the somewhat slow update schedule for a Network I'm really hoping the deliver on the HD videos and entertaining exclusive scenes.

The Pros

Exclusive Hardcore scenes brought to you by the same people behind Reality Kings, Muffia offers a decent sized collection of scenes (360) with your standard niche themes like Asian, lesbian, blowjobs, masturbation, DP and more.

Flash Streams and Multiple Download Options.

Flash streams are offered in multiple quality formats, the nicest of which is in HD and each also offers filmstrip navigation. Downloading the video can be done in full for WMV & MP4 formats, as well as large clips. ZIPs for the image sets are also available.

Newest Scenes Offer HD Quality Flash Streams.

Currently about 35% of the video shoots offering HD quality Flash streams. These look great, offer filmstrip navigation and are a great addition to the site.

Other Good Stuff:

Reduced price for TBP users. A normal membership costs $24.95 per month, but our users can get in on the action for only $17.95.

The Cons

Downloadable Quality Needs Work.

Overall quality is lacking for both images and videos. Compared to what's out there these days, 1600k bitrates (720x404) are just barely even enough to get by, but certainly nothing to praise about. Image sizing is also very small. At just 600x900 pixels, these things could definitely stand to be larger in size!

Many Sites Are Small or Not Updating.

For a Network of about 10 sites its curious to see that updates only come in on average of once per week. When you look at the updates page you'll notice the bulk of the updates here are coming in from Molly's Life & Happy Tugs. In fact, they're the only sites updating and have been since July of last year when Cum Fu last saw an update. This is extremely unfortunate for a Network.

Minor Negatives:

Zip file downloads are slow. Single chanel download capability using DL manager, less than 100KB per second.
Beware of trial membership which only gives limited access to the content and recurs at a higher price per month.
Member's area ads and up-sells. Pages can look cluttered with lots of "recommended scenes", and ads consisting of "live sex" and "dating".

Bottom Line

A decent Network but most sites no longer update and no HD downloads.

Muffia may be brought to you by the same people behind the Reality Kings Network but unfortunately it just doesn't live up to its sisters sites fame. While the latest videos do look great with streaming HD, the lack of HD quality downloads & many sites that no longer update is a real negative. The site design is good enough, but too basic really, with not enough browse/user options. Sure the reduced pricing helps, but I was really expecting more from the Muffia Network of sites.
