Movable Porn is a site for those of you always on the move. I've never watched a porno on a cell phone myself, but I guess there is a time and a place for everything. Just don't try watching it while bored over the Holidays at the in laws. $19.95 per month gets you access to the current 57+ videos and 7+ image galleries, all available for download to your portable devices such as iPod, PSP and/or computer hard drive. There is no download limit and new updates are promised weekly.
The Good:
- Hardcore Adult porno compatible with more portable devices than almost any site I've seen before. The collection isn't huge, but there is a nice mix of lesbian, ebony, solo masturbation and Asian films.
- Portable device download options include PSP, iPod/iPhone, Zune, and Phone/PC WMV files. Full-length movies are broken down into smaller clip files (4-7+) and are easy to view/download.
- Quality is pretty good. PC streams go up to 1100k and downloading to your mobile device of choice is a simple task.
The Bad:
- Small site with not much content yet. Currently there are only 57+ videos and a new one is promised each week. For a movie site, this is not a lot of content and lack of date stamps or clear update schedule doesn't speak well either.
- Non-exclusive content. These videos can likely be found many places all over the web and lack of scene/model information takes away from the overall enjoyment of the videos.
- No full-length download option. All videos are broken down into smaller clips without the option for a full-length download.
- Site design and navigation is plain. Since there isn't a whole lot of content here yet it's not such a big deal. But basic categories is all you really get in terms of browse options. No content or model info/cross links, etc.
The Conclusion:
I'll admit this isn't an easy site for me to review, in the sense that I never really understood why there would be any reason or desire to watch porno on a mobile device with a tiny little screen and not much resolution. With that said, Movable Porn undoubtedly is still a site with plenty of areas left to improve on. For starters, it's a small site, and although updates are promised weekly, there's not a lot of video content to yet to choose from. I will say though, that the actual WMV on screen PC quality video looks nice, but a full-length video file would have been preferable. In the end it's not like they're charging an arm and a leg for membership, but I think I might wait for the site to grow some before I'd consider a join.
