Intro

Mobile Self Shot Boys is the mobile version of Self Shot Boys, a site dedicated to user-submitted photos and videos taken by the young men of themselves. Here you can enjoy those same hot amateur scenes but in a simplified set-up perfect for viewing on your mobile device.

The Pros

Hot young guys with a unique theme.

The models all look like your typical college dudes, only here you get to see every last inch of them. Some are nude solo, some are actually fooling around with a boyfriend. I've seen the self-shot theme on other sites, but they usually feature female models. I enjoyed watching the action on this gay male themed site.

Other Good Stuff:

Getting around the site is easy enough. You can browse the photos and videos in the order they were added and by category. There's also a keyword search.
Content quality is ok. Keep in mind that we're talking about self-shot user-submitted amateur material on a mobile site. HD this is not, but it gets the job done and its fine for the genre.

The Cons

Small collection.

Self Shot Boys is a small site, with just 49 galleries and 51 videos. The gallery size and video length is average, but it still won't take long to see everything here.

Slow, uncertain update schedule.

There's no update log and none of the scenes are dated, so it's hard to say for sure what the update schedule actually is. It doesn't look like any new galleries have been added in several weeks and as best we can tell, they've been averaging two new videos per month. It would be great to see some content dates and more consistent updates.

Minor Negatives:

Videos are only offered in 3GP format in one quality setting.

Bottom Line

The scenes are unique and interesting but the site size and features were unimpressive.

Ultimately, Mobile Self Shot Boys is a fine site for fans of this rather small genre, but there's nothing that stood out as fantastic here. The collection is unique, but the user features and quality were average, while the size and update schedule were lacking. Membership is $25 a month and due to limited options in this genre, some may find it worth it, but overall I think there's a lot of room to improve.
