PROS:

BOTTOM LINE:

As the title clearly suggests Men Over 30 is a gay niche site that specializes in guys over 30. I guess we can call that a semi-mature site since 30 isn’t old. What I think they're trying to convey is that these aren't young looking twink type guys. The models on the site do fit the 30-plus concept and the tour offers up thumbnail picture samples as well as video trailers that'll give you a feel for what the shoots are like.

The Goods:

- Exclusive Solo & Hardcore Episodes. The shoots here are original with a well balanced mix of solo guy and guy/guy hardcore. The solo performances are stripping and masturbation. The organization is based around 'shoots' with picture galleries accompany the vid shoots. That means that the galleries and movies are always going to be equal in number which is a positive.

- Standard Shoots & 'Man Talk' Segments. The standard video shoots are the hardcore and solo guy but in addition they also have 'Man Talk' segments which are interview style vids. That adds another dimension to the site and it's not something that you'll find on most sites.

The Bads:

- Avg Vid Quality, DRM'd Hi-Res Files. On the surface the video viewing/formatting options are pretty good with WMV and Real formats plus MPEG clips too. The real negative is that all vids except the oldest have nice quality WMV files but they're DRM protected. Restrictions like that are always an annoyance to surfers so be aware that this site employs some DRM software.

- No Real Browsing/Navigation Tools. From the looks of things the episodes are simply listed chronologically on a few pages. Beyond that there aren't any additional sorting tools. With nearly a couple hundred episodes they could use some more options that would help filter down to find only hardcore, solo guy, or other types of shoots.

- Not a Lot of Update Information. The member's main page has the recent handful of updates posted with dates. Beyond that the other episodes aren't dated so it's rather short list of update specifics.
