Websites these days never cease to amaze me. I had a full intro written about the site that is worthless now that I've looked around a bit. You'll hear about the surprise a little later. Our site today is called Martha's Girls, which is so ambiguous I had no idea what to expect. When you get to the site, your presented with a simple yet elegant site featuring vintage photos. The site itself even has an older feel to it, but not older in the sense of the internet. Victorian borders and sepia images is more what I was referring to.
The site is a very modest $9 a month, or $11 if you want to be 100% sure it doesn't rebill ever. The member's splash page is a bit confusing in that I wasn't sure where to head first. I first clicked on the "My Pornfolio" link thinking it was where the galleries would be; instead, it actually was her pornfolio, with her being our webmistress Martha. You get a bio and links to galleries of herself, which is a treat.
Instead, head to "My Girls" (which has a secondary link to "My Girls Part II" as well) to get to the action. All in all there's a total of ten girls available, which is obviously on the small side. Since this isn't a "normal" site, though, it works for them. There's actually four main girls who have long bios, usually at least 20 sets each, and annoying music on their web pages (that can be turned off with one click for the whole site).
The fun came in while I was browsing the galleries. They all have lovely, antique-looking photos available which is a given. However, at the bottom of each girl's page is a link to see modern-day photos of the model in question. I believe what this means is that the vintage photos aren't vintage at all, they're just made to look like they are! Looking at the site from this perspective changes everything. While the photos do look vintage, you can tell there are different types of photos available for each model, which probably wouldn't really be the case. The work that goes into making these photos the way they are must be tremendous.
That is probably why the photo sets are smaller than you usually see. With sets averaging from 15-20 pictures each, it's not quite the same as some of the mega-sites out there nowadays. What they do offer, however, is better than you'd expect to see on a normal vintage-photo site. They're just a bit under 800x600, which isn't bad for what we're looking at (although if these are modern-day pics that have been altered, we could get some larger pictures out of them easily). The quality is decent, although again it could be artificially made worse to fit the part.
Don't expect to see much more here besides the photo galleries. For the price of $9 a month, I wouldn't expect much new here. But, Martha adds a new set every Monday and Friday which is great. The problems I have with the site, such as low quantity and no videos, are all but made up for by the low price point. Twice weekly updates make things even better. You'll have to be a true fan of this type of stuff to enjoy the site, but if you are you'll surely enjoy yourself. It's not for everyone, but for what it is, I like what I see.

Well the biggest news here is just the overall growth of the site. Of course it's been a long time since we were here last, so growth like this is definitely expected. Much of the site remains very much the same. Thankfully the updates have been regular. Videos still aren't around yet unfortunately, but I think with the niche content they'd be tough to do. The price is double what it was last time ($20 a month now), which is a bit more but not too expensive overall. It's still a unique site that deserves a look if you think you might be into the vintage-type thing.
