Mad Perversions is part of the No Rest Network collection of sites. Over the years TBP has reviewed a handful of this company's sites so I'm familiar with their basic style. Mad Perversions itself revolves around a mix of extreme, fetish, and kinky hardcore action. The shoots encompass many different sex that is a mixed bag that always go beyond just straightforward banging. The guest tour is helpful with some nice episode samples including streaming movie preview trailers.
The Goods:
- Exclusive Extreme Fetish Video Episodes. Mad Perversions' content is original and it is specialized because it has all sorts of extreme sex like femdom, fetishes, anal, groups, pissing, footjobs, DP, and more. Content is organized by episode with the movies being the main focus. There are supporting picture galleries too which can be viewed online or downloaded as zips. Exclusivity and entertainment value are the key selling points which make it a fun collection for those who enjoy shoots that are kinkier and more extreme than standard hardcore.
- High Vid Quality, Full-Files & Nice Options. Video quality and format choices are a real positive here. Each episode has full-movie WMV downloads in an ultra high quality level and a high quality level. Additionally the movies are in downloadable iPod format or can be streamed online with Flash. There's actually a clear informational statement about the different video specs available and that no limits are imposed. As I mentioned earlier the picture galleries have zips available which so they have that covered too.
- Site Content Ticker & Network Access. A "Mad Perversions Stats" content count ticker is posted for both guests and members. I like data snapshots like that which give a quick summary of the amount of content and update details so I applaud them for that. The bonus network sites number a half-dozen and include many different extreme niches which are likely to appeal to fans of what Mad Perversions has.
The Bads:
- Small Collection & Slowish Update Pace. Mad Perversions is selling the exclusivity and specialty aspects of the content rather than raw quantity. The number of episodes is on the small side which is to be expected since the site went online in mid-2008 which makes it relatively young. The updates are done at a pace of two per month which is definitely slower than I would expect. One per week would be more like it for a site like this.
- No Episode/Model or Vid File Size Details. While I'm happy that these guys have their site content count ticker they fall short when it comes to providing details on the individual episode pages. There aren't any specifics on the girls or the written summaries for the action. More importantly the movie files which are sizable due to the high quality don't have any file size details posted which would be very helpful here.
Conclusion:
Mad Perversions fits well within its larger No Rest Network since it continues on this company's theme of having extreme and fetish style content. The most notable strengths are the high-res videos with solid options and the exclusivity is something that's featured prominently as well. The main negatives are the update and quantity issues so it will be interesting to check in and see how the site has grown and evolved when we come back for another review.
