After a delay due to the member's area being wiped of all links to their videos, Linda's Casting Couch is finally up for review. Hopefully those video links weren't gone long, as I'm sure it would upset some people. The tour doesn't give you a ton of info, but instead jumps right into some samples from the member's area to give you an idea of what they're all about. Of course the theme here is first-timers, which is a little tough to judge from here. Basically they offer mostly solo scenes, with some girl/girl action thrown in as well to keep things interesting. It's $30 a month to join, which is expected I guess, though it's a little on the high side for my liking.
The goods:
- Exclusive content. The scenes vary a little bit from one to the next, so I'm not sure if they're all shot in house or not, but the content appears to be all exclusive at least.
- Updates come regularly. Every week a new scene is added, which is good to see. It's not a terribly small site, though the updates will help them continue to grow and get those numbers up even better.
The bads:
- Quality isn't great overall. They bumped the quality up in the last few months, but even that is just up to average I'd say for what we see these days. The majority of the content is still on the older quality, which is lagging pretty far behind unfortunately.
- Only WMV videos offered. The main content selections come in WMV clips only , with just some of them offering a full-scene WMV option as well. I'd love to see at least all videos offered in both full scenes and clips, as well as another video type or two to give people options.
Conclusion:
At 90 scenes up, at least there is a decent amount of content to check out here, and the weekly updates should help that out even more. Still, Linda's Casting Couch was pretty average for me overall, and I'd love to see some improvements to help them out in the future. The quality is the big one, which is better these days, but we'll need all scenes in the higher quality if possible, and maybe even another jump up soon in specs. More options would help too, such as more video types, and maybe a content search feature (or some categories to find solo vs. lesbian at a minimum). I'd just like to squeak a little more out of the site for the price than you get right now.
